You are just a 90 SECOND WALK TO THE HEART OF MAIN STREET where you can feast at L'auberge, The Vault, Cowboy Club, Wildflower Bread Company, and the coveted Elote and Oaxaca Mexican restaurants just to name a few. PINK JEEP TOURS is literally across the street.
The beautifully crafted home boasts 3 well appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home also showcases beautiful artwork from local Sedona artists throughout.

Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom , and bedroom 3 has two twin beds with private access to front patio which overlooks the red rocks. This property offers a cozy retreat for all guests so curl up in front of the big screen TV and fireplace in the spacious living room and take in the views!!
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and filtered water and ice maker from the refrigerator. The backyard is peaceful and quiet and hosts a large hot tub big enough for you and 5 guests!!

Great family stay

Perfect house for a large family or small group. Great backyard and hot tub, and walkable to uptown sedona. Host was excellent.

Amazing time in Sedona - Fantastic House

The owner was super communicative with all information. He was very responsive to any questions or needs we have. He totally made it feel like we were visiting a friend's house who happened to be out of town. The backyard space was awesome as well as the living room / fireplace. We will definitely be back to Sedona, and will certainly look to stay here again.

Perfect location and property

We loved our stay in Sedona. This house is charming, clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the easy walk to town/ restaurants and Rob was so easy to work with. We will be back!

Great Sedona Home

There were 4 adults that stayed in the house. The house was very clean and plenty of space and amenities. Location was perfect. Very central. Close to many resturants and shopping. There was a hotub which we used and ran perfect. Great backyard. Host was great, check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a perfect location!

This place was perfect for our trip to Sedona. Clean, close to everything, and great views. The owner was very responsive, and we would definitely stay there again! My only feedback would be to have the twin bed rooms closer to a bathroom, as little kids may struggle to work their way across the house at night.

We spend two nights at this property and it was great, all clean, organized, equipped, and great location for restaurants and moving around. Rob was very helpful and willing to help to make of our staying the best, thank you Rob!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property and will be returning in the future. The property has everything you need in a home away from home. There are plenty of places to hang out inside and outside the property. The location was close to everything in town and walkable to lots of restaurants.

Great location, cute house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect Uptown location where we could walk to tons of places but tucked away to be peaceful and quiet. Although it was just my husband and I, it could accommodate a couple’s trip or even two smaller families perfectly. We loved the backyard and hot tub, so nice after long hikes.

Awesome property in a great location!

There were 4 of us so this property was perfect for our needs! It is in a great location! You can walk anywhere downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area in back to sit around at night. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

My husband and I brought our two daughters (8 months old and 2.5 year old) and mother in-law to Sedona and this house was perfect for us! Very clean, well stocked, great location. We had zero complaints and will definitely book this home again when we get back to Sedona! Communication was great with the owner as well!

Spring Break Stay

A++ Can’t say enough good things about this property. Not only is it a fantastic location (walking distance to tons of shops and dining), but the home itself was beyond our expectations. The owners/management staff has anticipated every creature comfort to make it a 5 star stay (ie. waiting package of goodies on arrival, fully stocked k-cup choices, labeled cabinets for ease of locating what you need in the kitchen, plush towels, extra pillows and blankets, and much more). The place was immaculately clean. Hot tub was great and in perfect working condition. Tastefully decorated and well maintained property. Only drawback (which wasn’t a big deal for us), is that both full baths are en suites and only accessible through bedrooms. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Sedona area.

Fantastic stay!

This is a great house in a perfect location. Just a couple blocks from the main drag, it’s easy to try different restaurants and shop to your heart’s content. Lori was super responsive and helpful with check in.

Wonderful!

We recently stayed 5 nights in Sedona. This house rental was everything! Just my husband and I stayed. It was very clean and the location couldn’t have been better, literally minutes to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend !

Fantastic place in Sedona!!

A perfect house in up town Sedona! It was extremely clean, very easy check-in process, the owner was very responsive. The location was perfect and 15-20 minutes to most trails or locations, and allowed us to hike in the morning, go back for lunch at the house and then hike all afternoon. The house is walking distance to down town areas with all the fun shopping, restaurants, Pink Jeep Tours, and so much more! I highly recommend, and if we end up back in Sedona we would 100% stay here again!

Downtown stay in Sedona

Property lives up to its pictures and description. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals- only complaint was the pans were non-stick but the non-metal tools appropriate for non-stick were sparse. We loved the popcorn maker, and keriug coffee options as well as coffee pot were appreciated. The fireplace was great and used often. We also used the hot tub- we did use the cleaning cycle when we first arrived for some debris that was in the tub. It was hot and worked well. We did use the outdoor fire pit a few times but it was quite chilly at night. The washer and dryer worked well. As the listing stated the bedroom with two twins is on the opposite side of the house as the bathrooms. And the both bathrooms are accessible by going through the bedrooms. It wasn’t problematic for us as we had all the kids sharing the same bathroom. Beautiful town, and comfortable and well-appointed house to return to in the evenings.

Wonderful stay and such a convenient Uptown location!

The property was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. The entire time we were there, my husband kept saying, "This is such a nice vrbo." The check-in process was easy. The snack basket was incredibly thoughtful. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and labeled. If you want to be in Uptown, you cannot beat the location. We loved walking to get coffee in the morning and then coming back and sitting on the front porch to enjoy the view. I will pass along this info for others - the listing clearly says the 3rd room has to use the bathrooms that are located in the other two bedrooms. But we did not realize that the 3rd bedroom was located on the other side of the house/kitchen. My elderly mother was going to stay in the 3rd room, but there is a small step down from the kitchen to the bedroom. We thought it was too far (plus the step) if she had to use the bathroom at night. It all worked out fine and we just switched around where everyone was sleeping. Not a problem, just info to pass on to others. Sedona was beautiful and if we get a chance to come back, we would love to stay here again!
