Perfect spot

I have grandparents in florida, and now that we have a baby it is hard to stay with them. This was the perfect spot for my family to stay in while visiting. Two full baths is perfect. The beds are clean and comfortable. It’s SO spacious, and a full kitchen was the cherry on top. Thank you SO much!!

Family visit

The condo was very clean. It was quiet and close to the clubhouse. It was convenient for us to travel to our daughter and her family. It also had nice parking. It was sparsely furnished, could use more to make it cozier and less echo. Had no hand towels or dish towels.We would rent again, hopefully next year!

Quite neighborhood

The condo is nice it could use a little sprucing up. We sprayed air fresh because it smelled like someone had smoked in there, the blinds need to be fixed but the owner confirmed she was replacing them. It was a cute place wouod stay again if we go back there. Owners are super respinsive

I found a live cockroach in the kitchen, the cleanliness of the unit was very poor, we didn’t trust that anything was clean, I found mouse droppings. We only used the refrigerator after we cleaned it. Other than that, we used nothing in the kitchen. The counter top mini oven still had a lot of crumbs from previous visits. I sent a text to the unit manager which included some pictures of what I found. His answer was very aggressive and in so many words called me a liar. He said he had seen the videos from his cleaner and indicated none of what I sent was believable. Two of the days we were there, the overnight temperature got down in the low 30’s. There were zero blankets in the unit. The text I sent to the manager was intended to be informative to let him know what we found. His aggressive response is the only reason you are reading this. To give him positive credit, he was very helpful the night we arrived. We had trouble getting in the door and he was very helpful and friendly. This was a very bad experience for my wife and I.
