Bright and open with lots of natural light. 10 minutes to Crystal River. 1,900 SF with large master suite with walk in closet and connecting office. Granite counters, stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances and nicely furnished throughout. Dining room table seats 8. Patio overlooks a large, sloping backyard that gets sun all day. 24 hour gated and attended security. Very quiet and secure. Golf privileges are not offered. There are several other public courses nearby. Hi speed Wifi and all utilities included.
