The townhome provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sofa bed, this property sleeps 6 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

Perfect house for a beach vacation or pre/post cruise! The pictures don’t do justice for how spacious it is! 3 adults and 3 kids all fit with extra room to spare. Quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach. Loved having a washer & dryer - the dryer dried super fast. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. Even though we didn’t get to use them, the garage was also stocked with things for the beach! We only had it booked for 1 night but will absolutely book it again for our next cruise (and hopefully have a few days before the cruise to enjoy the beach) if it’s available!

The bed are extremely uncomfortable, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows, for the pull out which almost swallowed my child whole when she was trying to crawl into it. The pillows we did have were flat and smelled like mothballs or some unpleasant chemical. Not enough towels for all of us to shower the next morning (6 of us). This house needs some major up keep as some of the closet doors are missing slats and general not well kept for guest. Lots of fun things to do in the house with games, dart board, ping pong which is a good thing because you are not sleeping. We were only there for the one night before boarding cruise ship but thank god. I could not/ would not, have stayed another night. The location was perfect for what we were doing but knowing what I know now I will pay the extra 20 to stay in one of the newer hotels in the same area.

This is an amazing rental property! The host communicated quickly from the get-go, and even kindly let us check in early when our flights got moved up. The property is spacious and beautiful, they had all kinds of activities to keep us busy (toys, board games, bikes, pingpong table, beach necessities). We were a very short walk from the beach, a medium walk from a grocery market, amd the neighborhood was beautiful for walking. The neighbors were also super friendly. We would absolutely book here again.

Vacation

My friend and I came to cocoa beach for the airshow. We loved the house ! It has everything you need. The backyard, where we spent most of our time if we were home is so cozy with all of the lights. The location is perfect. So close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Definitely recommend going to the pier when visiting! Also if you want to sit outside by the water and enjoy good food, live music and pelicans go to a Gators! Lastly the hosts were so welcoming and easy to contact! We are planning a trip for next year and definitely look forward to using this house again!

We loved this property. Plenty of room for the four adults and two children. Close to stores and restaurants but the neighborhood is very quiet and very close beach access.

We stayed a night before heading out on a cruise. The location was perfect! The home was perfect for our needs and had everything you could think of! I contacted the host once with a question and he responded almost immediately! I would definitely recommend this property and when we come back to Cocoa, I’d love to stay here again!! Stayed the night before a cruise. Very well priced for the entire family, we would have needed 2 hotel rooms. Very clean and accommodating! Block and a half from the beach entrance for an evening walk to and down the beach! Just minutes from the port. Will definitely look to stay again if cruising out of Canaveral!

Walk to beach and cozy!

Property is in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach! Place is clean and very comfortable. The owner is very responsive. 5 stars earned for ease of access, location, communication and cleanliness. Would stay here again if in the area.

Loved this place!

My family and I spent 5 days here, and we didn’t want it to end! Cozy, quiet, neighbors are super nice, and it had everything we needed after long days at the beach. Will most definitely be trying to book again next year!

Nice, spacious home

The home was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were very spacious and the multiple bathrooms were well sized. Neighbors were nice and the area is quiet. Would stay here again.
