Perfect one bedroom for a couple. Great location near campus! Walk to Mellow Mushroom or the square. Cute front porch. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Great communication before and after the stay from the owners!

The home was VERY clean. It is on a neat part of tow with Pizza and local Brewery within walking distance. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a great home.

This is a really cute place in a great downtown bowling green location. The bed was very comfortable and despite being in the WKU area, very quiet. I was a little hesitant due to bedroom being upstairs and bathroom downstairs but decided I needed my steps and it worked out fine . There is a great pizza place just across the street, a Kroger nearby and lots of local things to do. We went for a car show, race, swap meet event at Beech Bend raceway and this duplex was literally just minutes away.We were very pleased with the apartment/duplex and will definitely stay again next year.

Not for the cold natured

Even with heat on it was freezing. There was no parking for about a block away if u can't get into the driveway.

I appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps us improve our hosting experience. However, I was surprised by your review, given that you requested to extend your stay despite the concerns you mentioned. Unfortunately, your stay did present several challenges for us as owners. Our house rules were not followed, as there were significantly more guests than allowed (this likely impacted the parking issues), smoking occurred on the property, and there was a noticeable odor left behind. Additionally, extensive extra cleaning was required, including scrubbing walls, addressing stains on the sheets, and removing tape that had been used to cover the windows. If you had any issues with temperature, I would have been happy to assist you—communication is always key to ensuring a comfortable stay. While this was our first experience hosting on VRBO, we have a strong track record on other short-term rental platforms and take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for our guests. We strive to provide a great experience for all visitors, but this particular stay was challenging due to noncompliance of the rules. We will use this as a learning experience and continue working to ensure future guests have a positive and respectful stay.
