This was a great house in a great location. Large family room, spacious and fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great laundry amenities and amazing private pool. Anything we could have needed was there and accessible. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking again!

The landscaping needed to be addressed, needs weeding and mulching. As well as reseed in the backyard.

Absolutely loved it here! The pool was stunning, spotless, and very well organized. The whole place felt modern and welcoming, and you can’t beat being so close to incredible beaches!

My family had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The pool and pool area were very pleasant. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and beach towels for our beach day. Great location! Our hosts were super accommodating and responsive. We would happily stay here again.

Very Pleasant Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was incredibly accommodating and was very responsive to any needs. We loved the space, the pool, and the overall vibe of the entire home. It was a great place to vacation, and we would gladly return!

Excellent Sarasota experience

the house is newly renovated, comfortable, lots of attention to detail - has everything you needOutstanding host - extremely responsive and accomodating - could not have been better! We walked to downtown - location is near parks, restaurants etcand the pool area is wonderful - highly recommend.

Awesome beach vacation!

Me and my family stayed here for a 5 night beach vacation and it was absolutely great! The house looks just how it does in the pictures, inside and out. We arrived to a beautiful clean home with all the amenities and essentials you could need and think of which was very convenient. We liked how all of the rooms had tvs so everyone is able to enjoy tv in thier own rooms if needed. We also appreciated how clean the pool was so we got to enjoy the pool everyday, our kids especially loved it! Amazing host and communication is excellent, would 100% recommend to book your stay here!

Great time

The house was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. The only problems were the back bedroom didn't cool properly and when I first got there I saw a few bugs in master bath but they seemed to disappear after the 1st night. Other than that it was super relaxing and a great experience.

The back bedroom does face south and can get a bit warm in summer, so we’ll be adding extra fans for added comfort. As for the bugs you mentioned, we haven’t had issues before, but we’ve scheduled a follow-up with pest control just to be safe. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to host you again!

Wonderful stay in Sarasota!

This home has just been beautifully renovated. Every detail has been thought of. Pool towels, beach chairs, every possible thing you could need in the kitchen - the list goes on. Super convenient to downtown Sarasota. Unfortunately we were there right after Hurricane Helene and all the area beaches/islands were closed. Fortunately, we had the pool, which was perfect. There are public pickleball courts less than a mile away. We had a couple minor issues (oven, power outage) during the week - the owner was incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend this house!

I could not wait to write this review! This is by far the best property at which we’ve stayed. Everything was perfect. The house, pool and yard are fantastic (wonderfully fenced in for our pups), with high-class amenities (the fanciest outdoor umbrella over the outdoor dining table that we’ve ever seen). The sheets and towels were also high quality, and plentiful. We did laundry, only because we had clothes to do ourselves and just threw in towels, but it wasn’t necessary. All of the appliances are great and appear to be new. We were within a 15 minute walk to downtown Sarasota and a beautiful park, which was perfect for our walks with the dogs, both to the park and to great dog-friendly restaurants. We found a dog-friendly beach in Venice and used the beach umbrella three times. Fantastic! I’m sure that I’m missing something, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lawn service and pool maintenance came while we were there and they were completely professional and unobtrusive.

I’ll start by saying this property had everything that it listed it had. For the most part it was clean, a great location and had a great pool/fenced in yard. However, here are the reasons why I didn’t give it a five star review. First, I asked for an early check-in which the host was gracious with and said check in anytime. That she would have the cleaning service come the day before. When I arrived, beds were not made, the home was not fully cleaned and it looked like the cleaning people had left for an emergency and was going come back, but that never happened. Secondly, there are literally zero safety rails in the house. This includes the pool ( with a 3 foot drop) the tubs( even higher than the pool) , and the showers (which were very slippery) so if you’re traveling with an elderly person or even just someone that may slip in the tub ( which my 24 year old son did ) you might want to consider this. I was also surprised that the lawn person came to cut the back 2 times and when we were literally in the pool one day, a pool guy came to treat it and we were asked to get out for at least an hour. I would schedule those services when I didn’t have people staying in my property. Lastly, the beds are harder than rocks. So if you have back problems or can’t sleep on a hard surface, this isn’t the right choice for you. Again, this is just my experience… and as I said, we got what was advertised.

I’m sorry the beds were not made before your early arrival; that’s not the experience we aim to provide and we’ll address it with our team. We appreciate your notes on safety features and maintenance scheduling and will look into improvements. Our maintenance is scheduled weekly to keep the pool clean and the grass trimmed. We do provide bath mats for the tubs for slip resistance—perhaps they weren’t easily noticeable, and we’ll make sure they’re more clearly placed. Thanks again for staying with us!
