Great location

We had a great time at Monte Verde. The casa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. All our needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently! Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Attentive property manager, super clean and centrally located. Read the review about the barking dogs so was worried but we slept just fine. Other places we stayed had loud dogs surrounding it but this one was fine. Nice house close to everything.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit challenging to find as there are no street signs. Manfred was most helpful in several ways. The street is surprisingly busy. The house was clean and well appointed.

Needs help

I hate to make a review like this but we had to leave early and find a new place. The “dog kennel” next door had barking day and night was unbearable. The exposed electrical wiring in the shower caused concern. The owner was very responsive but could not correct condition. The property was rated a 10 with 7 reviews when I booked. Not sure hire that could be possible.

Hello Richard, thank you very much for you feedback, unfortunately the dog situation is something out of our hands and as mentioned during your stay my family and I used to leave there for over a year and we did not had any problem with dogs. About the wiring in the shower the lines are disconnected and no electricity is working on them but will have them removed. Thank you again pura vida.
