The offered picture from host shows back door entry, no images of the front entry. Access code was for the front doors, which was not communicated. Outside of home was unkept. The neighborhood is a ghost town. Good thing we brought food because nothing was open nor walking distance. Not at all like the description. Walked into the Vrbo and was greeted with musty, sticky, non air-conditioned living area in one suite. Since there were no restaurants to eat, we started preparing a meal to find that the stove was not properly working. When I contacted the host she said she would send someone right away. He came but didn’t get the antique stove fixed more than to warm our tortillas. Also was told someone would be out to fix the a/c the next day. Our first night we had 6 of us trying to sleep in 86 degrees, host never even offered fans! When you book for 9 adults you would think the host would provide adult size beds. Don’t recommend this for any seniors, or those with bad knees/backs, will need a lift to get out of bed. Also don’t recommend having any adults that weigh 100 lbs because the cheap furniture does have weight limits! One of our guests hurt his back while falling to the floor on cheap furniture that broke but host was non empathetic. No empathy at all from host for not having met needs of advertised comfort for 9 adults. To top it off, we woke to an old ceiling leaking all over our things, thankfully this was check out day!
