We loved our stay and experience. The place was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The convenience to lifts and the pool/hot tub were just was we needed.

Place was cozy and location was perfect! Great accommodation for our family of five. Easy walk to gondola with kids. The unit had everything we needed for home cooked meals.

Lovely location, great condo

Very good location, good condo. The heated pool and hot tub was very nice. The only negative feedback I have is that the master bed was waaaay too soft.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Keystone ski trip

The condo was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, bars, ski rental, and shopping. My issue was getting in contact with propertymanagement. The condo was small but fine. There were only 4 hangers in each bedroom where 4 people were staying. I called and texted numerous times for more hangers and was told housekeeping would drop off. I waited for hours and no one came and was told I didn’t have to wait around. Needless to say, the hangers were never dropped off and my guests and I jad to live out of our ski bags for a week! The fireplace switch was not working. For the amount of money we paid for the condo, there ahould not have been any hiccups. management. The condo

We did our best to accomodate your requests during one of our busiest weeks of the year, unfortunately we were not able to arrange these deliveries as quickly as we would have liked.
