This oversized, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 one king-sized bed, one queen sized bed and a two sleeper sofas. It features a private balcony with spectacular mountain and slope views. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar and a fireplace in the living room. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Ample seating and beautiful views from the windows welcome you into this space. There are two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful treed and mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six people with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also has private access to the guest bathroom.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Wonderful family stay at The Springs

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over spring break. The property was conveniently located; just a short walk away from the RIver Run Gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

The Springs at Keystone!!

6 adults all stayed at the springs at Keystone and especially loved the pool and hot tub area!! We enjoyed the condo amenities and the location was good (have to walk around construction to get to the village or to the river run gondola). We recommend this property and plan to visit again.

Property was near to the ski slopes which was a bonus and there were a few eateries in proximity too. Transport via the free bus shuttle service or Uber was also quite good. In terms of the property it was clean but the heating was not working in the bedrooms and despite several phone calls to Client Services and VRBO directly nothing was sorted out despite promises to resolve the situation. This was very disappointing and marred what was overall a good holiday

Pretty good

Good location. Nice pool. Condo is good size. Furnishings and condition are average. Very quite except during the week, they are building a big building right outside. Only gripe is checkin is 4.30 and 10am check out. The rentals seem to be getting worse with these stingy times.

The only “knock” on the property is the number listed on the exterior for help is not correct. You have to use the contact number in your email. That said, the property and location were perfect. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Long walk now to Gondola

My only criticism, because we’ve stayed in the springs many times, is the 200 yard hike to and from the gondola, especially after a long, great day of skiing, In the past we were always able to cut across the parking lot prior to the Hotel construction. Hopefully Keystone will figure out an easier lift access, otherwise we’re choosing a different condo building next year.

We love the pool and hot tub, that was the selling point for us. Our room had the construction next to it but it didn’t bother us because it was a quick stay over the weekend, I wouldn’t want that for a longer stay.I had trouble with the check in code and had to call and they gave me a new code it took less than 10 minutes to resolve issue.

Furnishings in living area were dated & could use some upgrades. But condo itself was very comfortable. Disappointed with response from the management company. Found our ski locker was being poached by someone else. When reported to the management company they instructed us to resolve the issue ourselves by removing the items/leaving them outside of the locker. Very dissatisfied that the management group was very reluctant & very slow to take action. Rental began on Sunday but locker not emptied until afternoon on Wednesday. Also discovered late in the week that the entry door could be opened from the outside after being locked by simply pushing on the door above the lock!

The apartment is in good condition generally and the beds were quite comfortable as well as one of the pullout sofas. The second pullout sofa was in really bad condition, however. The frame appeared broken and did not lay flat. Until they replace that, this shouldn’t be marketed as sleeping 8. This dropped the condition rating from a 5 to a 3. It also would have been nice to know about the construction next door that required us to walk further to the gondola and all the way around to get to River Run village. We could hear the construction equipment starting just after 7 most mornings.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
