3 bedroom family home conveniently located in West Nashville. 15 min to downtown & 15 min to Franklin. Just a few minutes to St.Thomas Hospital and Vanderbilt Clinic.
Walk to Percy Warner Park hiking & bike trails. 2.5 mi to Percy Warner Golf Course. Uber downtown usually less than $15 - 20. Great for families with children. Large backyard & patio. 3 minutes to Cheekwood, Belle Meade Mansion and St.Georges Episcopal Church. Please let me know if you have any questions about the location or nearby amenities.

Perfect location for our family for spring break. Able to get downtown in 20 minutes (heavy traffic, but a straight shot). Visited Belle Meade and Radnor Lake - both super close. House was friendly with fun touches. Neighborhood was pretty quiet - my teenage son was able to safely take daily runs.
