3 bedroom family home conveniently located in West Nashville. 15 min to downtown & 15 min to Franklin. Just a few minutes to St.Thomas Hospital and Vanderbilt Clinic.
Walk to Percy Warner Park hiking & bike trails. 2.5 mi to Percy Warner Golf Course. Uber downtown usually less than $15 - 20. Great for families with children. Perfect location for our family for spring break. Able to get downtown in 20 minutes (heavy traffic, but a straight shot). Visited Belle Meade and Radnor Lake - both super close. House was friendly with fun touches. Neighborhood was pretty quiet - my teenage son was able to safely take daily runs.
