This house was a good house for me and my friends to stay in for the weekend while visiting Nashville! One of the beds was pretty loud and wobbly because of the headboard so it made it a little hard to sleep. but other than that it was a good house to stay in.

This property was almost perfect! Very good location as my grandson was going to a program at Vanderbilt. Neither of us wanted to leave our dogs at home so we were overjoyed to find a nice place that accepts them. The house was clean, especially for allowing pets. I was a little disappointed that the grass needed cutting but there was a lot of rain so I get it. House was comfortable. All appliances worked. We had everything we needed, except a blender to make milkshakes and Nana bought one. Very enjoyable stay. Bed in King room with TV is a little shaky but the black out curtains are spot on! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again, in the unlikely event I found myself in Nashville again. All 6 of us, from 11-60, and both dogs, loved the stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Great location. Cool A/C. We grilled and had a fantastic experience in this place.

House was as described. This is a remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown and the airport . We had good communications with the host. The check in process was easy. Our stay was comfortable. The neighborhood was not upscale but we felt safe and it was very quiet. It is a mix of older homes and remideled/upgraded homes.

While this house was clean inside, the outside had trash in the yards. The neighborhood was a little bit of a surprise, not what I was excepting from the listing. You should google the zip code and make your own opinion before booking. The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced, and the outside fench needs works, looks like it could fall down at any time,back deck,not what was pictured needs work.While is might be close to surrounding areas, you should definitely do your homework on this area before you book.Host was not helpful addressing our concerns.

The property fit perfectly for our group of five. Everything was clean and functional. There was plenty of parking for us in the back of the property off the alley. We only found two things that could be improved on. The first is that there be a keypad on the back door of the property. We parked in the back but could only open the door in the front. Second was that the kitchen was a little sparse on some items like glasses and pans for cooking. There were coffee cups and wine glasses but not enough of drinking glasses.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. We visited right after the major snow/ice storm. Fortunately, the property had power, and we did not have to cancel our trip. We had a few questions right before our stay, the host responded quickly. Property is well worth it. Thanks!

Our host was more than helpful and responded instantaneously to any questions or concerns we had. The house itself was simple and clean and they supplied us with just what we needed. Smooth check in and check out. Our flight was delayed and they had no issue with extending checkout an hour later. We had a great time celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful clean house with great fenced in backyard for visitors with dogs. Well stocked with everything you need. Management company was very helpful. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet and calm, especially for a downtown home. We had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended especially for guests looking for a pet friendly place.

Nice clean home, great communication with host

Home was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Host had good communication throughout our rental. Some of the surrounding area was a little questionable but we didn’t have any problems during the stay. I would definitely stay again at this location when I’m in Nashville again.
