Welcome to our idyllic Nashville family home, a rare single-family, one-story bungalow that offers a spacious retreat for up to 10 guests. With a huge yard perfect for up to 2 dogs, this property is ideally located near the Titan's stadium and provides stunning downtown views. You can reach almost any notable destination in Nashville within 10 minutes, making it a prime spot for your getaway.



Our home features the comfiest beds around, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The thoughtfully designed bedrooms and cozy living spaces create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and connection. Bring your dogs along so they can fully enjoy the fully fenced yard, too!

Getting Around:

Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft, but our driveway is huge, so feel free to bring your car, too!

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:

- Dogs are welcome for an additional $200/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
