The Space:

Welcome to our idyllic Nashville family home, a rare single-family, one-story bungalow that offers a spacious retreat for up to 10 guests. With a huge yard perfect for up to 2 dogs, you can enjoy the comforts of home while being just minutes away from the vibrant heart of Nashville. Located almost within eyeshot of the Titan's stadium, you can reach downtown and other attractions in under 10 minutes.



Our home features the comfiest beds around, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The thoughtfully designed interior includes a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with another king bed, a third bedroom with two queen beds, and a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed.

For extended stays, we cater to digital nomads, college students, or those settling in as our newest neighbors. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for stays over 6 months.

The Lenore bungalow is located in the historic Lockeland Springs neighborhood, just minutes from the bustling and popular Five Points with some of Nashville's best eateries! Getting Around:

Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft, but our driveway is huge, so feel free to bring your car, too!

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
