Maravillosa de dos dormitorios, dos baños en el mar en el sur de Yarmouth. Situado en un área en la exclusiva comunidad de 'Bass River', este refugio frente al mar no deja nada atrás. Una cocina totalmente applianced y equipada con lavavajillas, TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD, Internet Wi-Fi, teléfono, ducha exterior y parrilla al aire libre será mantener a los huéspedes más exigentes cómodo. El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio, 2 º dormitorio con dos camas individuales. piso de arriba cuarto de baño completo con bañera y lavadora / secadora, y un baño completo adicional en la planta baja con una gran ducha. Un futón en el salón tiene capacidad para dos niños pequeños. Un camino desde la cubierta patio trasero lleva a su playa privada, que es uno de los mejores de Cape Cod; suave arena blanca y olas oleaje suave y perfecto para los niños pequeños. The host was great with excellent communication. The stay was quiet and relaxing with amazing tranquil views of the ocean. We wish we had more time to stay longer. The amenities were perfect for what we needed.

Fantastic location! The unit was clean and well laid out with the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need for making meals at home and the pots, pans, utensils etc were all in good shape. The host is right next door and extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the view and the giant sliding doors overlooking the ocean. The patio was nice with lots of seating and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

I have always wanted to stay right on the water; to open the door and walk out onto the beach. Heaven! This place didn't disappoint. At night, we walked down the beach to enjoy dinner at The Skipper, then back to our unit to watch the moon dance across the waves. The full moon lit up the beach. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves; peaceful and quiet. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!! It is exactly what you see in the pictures! I didn't give the listing details five stars because it lists linens and towels provided. However, the owner remarks separately that you can rent them for a nominal fee. Since we were traveling from California, we did not bring linens with us. It all worked out in the end; the owner was quick to provide whatever we needed. We were just taken by surprise. REMEMBER TO READ THE OWNER'S COMMENTS, NOT JUST THE LISTING INFO, BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE MORE SPECIFIC AND ACCURATE INFO.DEBRA C.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway with Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The master deck was especially great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We also loved the patio and the short, easy path to the beach—such a relaxing getaway!

Great beach house, view and host!

The ocean views were great from both the main room and the primary bedroom. We opened the slider doors in both rooms to let the ocean breeze come in and listened to the ocean while relaxing. Waking up to the breeze and ocean sounds was great.

Cozy Beachfront Escape

I've always dreamed of stepping out my backyard door directly onto the beach, with stunning ocean views all around. The real highlight of this rental is its unbeatable beachfront location and the breathtaking views—you can enjoy the ocean from nearly every room in the house. If that's what you're after, you won’t be disappointed! What you see in the pictures is what you'll get: nothing fancy or modern, but everything you need for a few days of comfortable relaxation. The listing description is accurate, with a few extras like two comfy couches in the sitting area where you can enjoy the view even on a rainy day. There’s also a new refrigerator and, to my pleasant surprise, a drip coffee machine (I’m not a fan of capsules). I would definitely rent this condo again!

Happy to have stayed here!

My wife and I stayed for a few days and it was just what we needed. Location is perfect. The beach is pristine with soft white sand and the waves were crystal clear. It is a very quiet and peaceful. Tucked away in a very well kept neighborhood but is within a 5 minute drive of groceries, gas, coffee shops, etc. The home came equipped withe everything we needed for our stay. It is very clean inside and out. A small property that is beautifully landscaped and has its own private path to the sea. Literally 50 steps to the beach. Sitting on the back deck offers great views of the ocean and plenty of wildlife (birds, bunnies). The owners are very responsive and were great with communicating as well. Check in/out is a breeze. I've rented often in Cape Cod and you'd be hard pressed finding another stay as nice as this for the price. We are happy to have found this on VRBO and happy to have stayed here.

Wonderful Cottage

This was a very nice cottage, directly on the water. Only two things I could find that could be better but both are very minor. First, the numbers to the house are while letters on white trim making them very difficult to see. See I told you small. Second, the dishwasher door was broken making it difficult to load. Even with these two things, it was a great week of rest and relaxation with nice walks on the beach and sleeping with the gentle waves lapping on the shore.

Perfect location!

This house is the perfect cape getaway. Located steps away from beach with private path and picturesque views of Nantucket sound are unmatched. House has large open floor plan on main level and fantastic views from the deck on the master bedroom. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants of Yarmouth and Hyannis. If you love the beach this is the house for you. Would recommend to anyone.

Idyllic Location

Absolutely perfect location steps from an uncrowded white sand beach. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space for two friends enjoying a break away. Friendly host with helpful suggestions to make the most of our visit to the area. Fun restaurant/bar a flat 10 minute walk away, lots of food shops and restaurants 5 minutes drive. Well located to visit many of the pretty Cape Cod villages. We had a lovely time, thank you

Lovely Home

Beautiful house, great open concept kitchen/living room, comfortable furniture with great view. View from upstairs bedroom can’t be beat. Dine outside on patio or read a book from the upstairs deck. Just steps to the soft sandy beach. Was a perfect getaway for our family. We’ll be back!

You are paying for the location.

Beautiful location on the water.The grounds outside are well maintained No effort was given to prep the condo for our visit which was probanly the first for the season. (May 10). Broken screen sliders and loose handle and lock on master bedroom glass slider. Dirty countertops and stove top cover in cleaning powder but not wiped. Missing Or Dead lightbulbs in the bathrooms. No master binder to refer to in order to inform quests where items could be found. Bedroom floor had spackle remnants all over it that I had to sweep up. Carpeting on the stairs leading up to the second floor and in the hallway very dirty not vacuumed. The host appreciated me detailing the condition of the condo which I did so on Saturday morning after check-in on Friday. The host responded to me on Sunday. As I said, the view and location is gorgeous. The host is missing opportunities for repeat visitors with the lack of effort in preparing the property.

Views do not disappoint

Walking in you see floor to ceiling views, and the master also has amazing floor to ceiling views and sliders that open so you can hear the waves. I had an amazing relaxing stay in October. The place was very clean, and the listing accurate. Would be comfortable for family of 4. Nice private neighborhood and beautiful beach. I would absolutely recommend. We are thinking about coming back in the summer!

Perfect Stay on the Cape

The view from both levels of this home are breathtaking. We loved the central location mid-Cape giving us access to several towns and fabulous restaurants.

Excellent location in a very nice neighborhood. Ocean front with 100 foot walk to your own beach area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys looking at the ocean
