Our stay was very nice here and you are just a dangerous run across Fletcher from the beach,just kidding. Maybe get a couple of beach chairs to use at beach.

This older home has been updated-the interior was beautiful. The code we received did not work for the door so we had to call VRBO and the property host called us within minutes. Sara came over to the property and resolved the issue. We appreciated the laundry room and detergent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toilet handle broke the morning we were leaving and we let the host know and she responded promptly.

Fun family getaway

Great location, easily accessible to the beach especially with small kids. Property has most amenities needed (if there was a toaster, we were not able to find it and maybe could stand to have some plasticware for kiddos). Plenty of towels and even beach towels! Property owner is awesome, very communicative and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great little place

The little folly is close to downtown, beach access and overall a perfect place. Had an issue with the keyless lock which the owner resolved immediatley. I highly recommend.

The house is as advertised. All rooms are on the upper floor. The lower floor appears to be a storage area. The house is across the highway from the beach, there is a beach access boardwalk about 2 houses south. It is a quick walk. The interior appeared freshly painted the beds were comfortable and all was clean. The kitchen is a full working kitchen. The paper towel roll was practically empty when we arrived. We could not find dish towels so we used all the paper towels quickly. The bifold doors in one of the bedroom were off track and placed beside the closet. Compared to the rest of the house, I felt these reflected a lack of communication between cleaners and owner, as everything else was well cared for. I would recommend Little Folly as a good, reasonable beach vacation spot!

Stairs up to the building were a safty hazard and looked and felt like they were going to collapse amy minute. Was very difficult to find the place as the numbers you could dee and were so rusted they matched the color of the wood. Beds were nice and the inside was clean
