Always a great time here!

Perfect place to stay with your family. The full size bed is super comfy and cozy. The back patio is my favorite place to sit in the morning and drink coffee. Perfect get away place. The beach is right down the road.

Perfect place!

Our little family enjoyed our first vacation with our little one. We especially enjoyed a clean and cozy place to come back to after a long hot day at the beach. We also loved having the note left by the owner which gave us advice on great places to eat in fernandina.

Amazing Host, Wonderful Stay

Perfect apartment for my husband, my mother-in-law, and myself during our weekend vacation to Amelia Island! Clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for the beach and pool. Location is great, walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Best of all, our host was so friendly, helpful, and communicative!

Wonderful condo!

Everything was wonderful about the condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The host, Shelly, was great! She was very communicative and welcoming-exceeding our expectations. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome place

We loved staying at this condo. Walking distance to beach, pool, tennis court, beach chairs, all at your fingertips. The condo is so comfortable and nice, beautifully furnished and and stocked with all, that you need. Our kids loved it too. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Shrimp Festival at Amelia Island

When I booked our trip I had know idea there was even a thing as the Shrimp Festival. Great Fun! The condo was great and very clean. The back of the Condo is 3 stories up in the trees with a screened in porch, we spent a lot of time there in between activities. It was very central to everything and about 2 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend this Condo. The host was incredible and very attentive.

Excellent service

Great stay, and excellent service from Shelly. From letting us check in early to offering to allow us to stay late. Then one of our group left their wallet behind… And she was willing to ship it back to us so appreciative and hospitality.

Spring Break trip

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo had all that we needed. Shelly was very communicative before check-in, checked on us during our stay and at checkout. The private path to the beach is directly across the parking lot from the condo. We enjoyed the pool and our teenage boys played tennis on the neighborhood courts. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this place

My husband and I really enjoyed our time together and we loved this property. Good communication with the property manager and she was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and just right. The pool was awesome. We will be back next year but maybe not when hurricane season is in. Lol. Love this place thank you so much

Great Condo with Beach Vibes!

The condo was clean and cozy. Nicely decorated, with a beach vibe. The screened in balcony overlooked a woodsy area so it was a very private and inviting place to hang out. Excellent communication with the hosts. We had a problem with the streaming service on the TV in the master bedroom and they responded immediately with a fix. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Wish there had not been construction going on while we were there.

Very clean and decorated very nicely. All appliances worked well. My husband used to be a locksmith and would recommend better locks on all the doors...very easy to get into the property. Window in room with twin beds had a window that could be a danger issue if children stayed there. Otherwise we had a nice time and thank you.

Sleep and Sand

The two of us spent more time doing nothing important than we had planned. No day trips off Amelia Island. The restaurants, downtown Fernandina, the history and beach sitting were enough entertainment for us. We read, wrote and talked on the screened in porch, hearing each other and birds mostly. And slept blissfully. Shelly, for your attention to detail and availability, we cannot thank you enough.

house in the clouds

This was very clean, nice furniture and in a great area with a nice warm pool. The only negative was three flights of stairs. but I knew this when I booked it, just too many for an old lady!
