Recently updated ocean view home on an ocean front peninsula. Enjoy the views of Laie Bay from the comforts of the home or deck of the house, or venture to the Ocean Front cliffs right in the back yard and indulge in the beauty captured only from this peninsula.

Naupaka Breeze has had the honour to host two Make-A-Wish bookings over the last twelve months. We are blessed to have been able to play a small part in the fight against children with cancer.

This stunning, newly updated home has a beach/island feel with the added comforts of the most modern amenities, styles and furnishings. Inside you will enjoy all the comforts of home with air conditioning throughout, new furniture and flooring and flat screen TV's located in the living room and master bedroom, which both come equipped with Blu-Ray DVD players and premium cable boxes. WIFI throughout included. Separate AC with independent comfort control in every bedroom, living room and kitchen!!!

The kitchen is fully furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances which include Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Double Oven, gas range and Microwave. Keurig Coffee Brewing System and kitchen supplies including pots, pans, bake ware and dishes are also provided.

Complimentary bottles of water will be provided upon arrival. Extras can be provided with a charge.

Wifi and premium cable are provided. For your convenience we've installed a business desk located in the living room to assist in keeping you connected and comfortable during your stay all while enjoying the ocean view.

The main guest bathroom includes a tub and shower duo, double vanity and toilet. The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom, which includes a glass door shower, double vanity and toilet. In the hallway is a washer and dryer and for your added convenience a laundry nook to fold and organize your clothes.

Smoking is NOT allowed in home BUT there is a designated smoking areas within the privacy of the property for your use. Please dispose of your trash appropriately in the smokers can and not in the rubbish bins.

USB dual outlets can be found on the kitchen counter.

The home is located on La'ie point peninsula which provides you with ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, one of the bedrooms and the outdoor deck! Find yourself at the end of the ocean front cliff that boarders the property and enjoy the breathtaking views of all of Laie Bay. You are sure to get lost in it's beauty!

Only registered guests are allowed on property unless approved by property management. Failure to comply can and will result in eviction and termination of reservation at full cost to the guests, including but not limited to the deposit amount of $500.00.

Vacation!!!!! AT LAST!!!!

Overall, this was one of the best trips my wife, I and our family have taken. Every year we do a family vacation with our children and my mother. This is our second trip to Oahu and it was the best. The location was spectacular and the home was awesome. We had the best time.

Amazing home!

We enjoyed this home so much! Watching the sun go down as we BBQ every evening. Beautiful beach to walk to. We enjoyed driving to all the local beaches and swimming and snorkeling. Very comfortable beds and a/c in each room. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Just a short drive to all the shrimp trucks, too. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for hosting our family of 6!

Clean, big house.

The size of the house was perfect and the setup was great too. The bedrooms are separate from the dining area. There was 2 families staying here during our rental. It was a family of 2 w a baby and another family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Everything is close by, grocery store, gas station etc. It is a dry area, so you have to drive 4 miles away to grab the alcohol for your stay. Everything worked and it had a nice view in the backyard. Only 2 cons: couldn’t find an iron (no biggie, who needs an iron in Hawaii). Microwave didn’t work but I have a feeling it was unplugged. One of the guest tried to use it but I didn’t. Work area worked good, fast internet all around the house. Nice patio to eat and relax. I just wish we would’ve stayed longer.

Wonderful location. Very nice outside seating with a beautiful view outback. Short walk to private beach. Kitchen and living room very accommodating for groups with everything you need. Would highly recommend.

My stay was amazing everything was so easy to get ahold of . Kitchen is really huge rooms are huge bathrooms are super big . Property manager was always attentive during our stay. I would 100 percent recommend.

Fabulous Staycation!

Aloha! We live on Oahu and due to the COVID travel restrictions decided to take a short staycation in beautiful Hawaii. This property was perfect! We originally planned to have a group of 10 and would have fit perfectly in this 4 bedroom 2 bath hale. Unfortunately, due to the COVID restrictions, only 5 of us were able to participate. Needless to say we had more than enough room. We spent the Halloween weekend at the property. We were able to participate in the Halloween Parade that the Naupaka street residents put together. It was a special treat to be able to see the kids in their costumes and we even gave out candy while practicing all the social distance guidelines. The best part about the property was that the beach access was right across the street. We've lived here all our lives and have never been to this beach before. Very calm and great for kids! Our group was just adults so we enjoyed floating in the calm water on our mats. There's a pit to have a bon-fire too! We really miss the AC that's in the entire house. Would definitely recommend this property. Already planning for the next time to visit for another staycation! Mahalo for allowing us to spend time at your hale.

Relaxing getaway

Even though this house is not right on the beach like we were looking for, it is not far away. And the beach located near this house was empty, hardly anyone there which was perfect. The view from the porch was amazing, it has a huge backyard and it leads to a rocky cliff with the ocean right there, we got some nice pictures with the kids. The place was clean and they gave us enough towels for everyone and we had 6 adults and 8 kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and grocery store is close by. The owners responded within minutes anytime I had a question and were very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Spotless & Great Gathering Space

This home was exactly as advertised. The kitchen/living room area is huge and room for everyone to gather together. The home was spotless! The only thing missing was washcloths and hand towels, but they were brought right away after requesting them. Highly recommend this home for a large group!

A fantastic extended family getaway!

Our extended family of 11 enjoyed three nights in Ashleigh and Harry's house in October 2019. The house is beautifully renovated throughout and was very comfortable, especially with air conditioning in every room. The views of the ocean from the back deck were wonderful and thoughtful touches such as complimentary chocolates were appreciated. Ashleigh was extremely helpful and responsive with all my queries. Mahalo for your hospitality!

Very clean & spacious for all 14 of us!

The owner is super amazingly awesome! They blessed us with their beautiful home for the special two day stay we were there! The adult kids had as much fun as the grandkids!! Hahaha Private beach was spectacular too! Laie Point was breath taking as well... super quiet neighborhood for a restful night sleep with the cool central AC units!!! Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed the neighborhood beach, very private, and safe for kids because of the reef. All the beach towels, straw beach mats, umbrella, folding chairs, and boogie boards were wonderful to use! Brand new appliances! Very nice neighborhood.

Clean, Beautiful Home!

There's a reason why this listing has nothing but 5 stars. It is a gorgeous home with that freshly "I live in a brand new home" renovated feel. You can tell a lot of care and effort has been put into this place not only to redevelop it, but also to maintain it. One of the problems with having a home so close to salty ocean air is that it deteriorates and rusts over time. This home had no signs of that at all. The kitchen was spacious and had more than enough dishes and supplies (modern stove and fridge, two ovens, micro, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) to cook a gourmet meal at home. Living area was spacious, as were most of the 4 bedrooms. Location is prime as you are walking distance to Laie Point (a popular sightseeing spot). The backyard also has a nice view with short distance to look out over the north side of the point. A less than 3 minute drive just down the road gets you to Laie Shopping Center, which conveniently has Foodland (grocery store), USPS, Angels Ice Cream, Seven Brothers (burgers), Subway, Pizza Hut, L&Ls, Laie Chop Suey (Chinese Food), a movie theater, a couple banks and more! Just be aware that everything is closed on Sunday as this is in a Mormon neighborhood. Parking was a little tight with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. There are two stalls in the garage and 2 stalls in the driveway fronting the garage. Street parking is at your own risk. The tenant prior to us appeared to have caused a scratch on the master bedroom TV and also possibly broke the sink disposal, but I reported it right away to the owner and she apologized for that and said she will look into the TV issue (which wasn't an issue for us - we just didn't want to get blamed for it) and that the disposal was already on backorder and once ready, would be replaced. Both Harry and Ashleigh were delights to work with. Leading up to making our reservation, Harry assisted us electronically and helped to make the booking experience pleasurable. We had a few special requests which he accommodated for us no problem. When we arrived Ashleigh greeted us and gave us a quick tour. She told us to let her know when we are close so she can go to the house and turn on the A/C for us. So sweet. If we need a staycation again in Laie, we will not hesitate to book this property. You should too! :)

The most luxurious home on the North Shore! Absolutely stunning!!!

There are almost no words to describe just how amazing our stay at Naupaka Breeze was! We have just gotten home after an extensive holiday & are still talking about it weeks later!!! I booked Naupaka for my family of 13 to stay at based solely on the pictures on VRBO. They are stunning but do not come close to capturing the beauty of the house or its location! The house sits behind a white fence & from the street is unassuming & looks quite small. From the minute we walked through the front gate we were impressed with how immaculate the front lawn is & how nicely the house presents, but I actually started to panic a little thinking “how are we all going to fit!” Well, I needn’t have worried because the minute we opened the front door we were blown away!!! The house is open plan, large & spacious! The renovations have ensured every single element in the house…colour scheme, décor, appliances, soft furnishings, textiles, fittings & fixtures in the bathrooms… is top end quality. As good, if not better, than any 5 star resort!!! We prepared meals easily in the large, modern, well-appointed kitchen. The island bench & dining table became our families gathering place. We used every available bed, including the sofa beds, which were incredibly comfortable. It never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. There were lots of quality beach toys for the family to use & the private beach near the house was uncrowded & easy to access. The owners had just laid new turf in the backyard which looked & felt like a lush carpet. All of these things were wonderful but the most amazing thing about Naupaka was the uninterrupted view from the doors of the kitchen/dining/living room area straight out to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the 2 palm trees in the backyard framing the ocean –absolutely breathtaking!!! Ashleigh, the owner, is a pleasure to deal. She responded quickly to every email, answered all questions & was flexible & friendly. Her cleaning staff were fantastic in ensuring the house was spotless on arrival. I cannot recommend Naupaka highly enough. Booking a stay here will be the smartest thing you do when planning a trip to Hawaii. We will definitely be back:-)

Home was beautiful. So close to north shore activities.

It was so awesome to be able to walk to the point and watch the the sunrise. Watching the waves from the deck was amazing. Would stay there again anytime!

AMAZING PLACE

I'd almost NOT like to review this house because it's really a hidden gem! And of course it will be harder to rent once others realize how great this place it! There was nothing bad about the house itself! FABULOUS...CLEAN...had everything...and just all around WONDERFUL! The private beach was ok...however I think because it was high tide, there wasn't much sand...so we opted to drive a little to Hukilau Beach....and that was a GREAT beach...not crowded too! If you are looking for just a totally chill location, this is the place. The owners are nice and respond quite quickly, the amenities were terrific, the location is convenient...foodland and other stores right around the block! HIGHLY recommend this location! THANK YOU
