This corner beachfront estate used to rent for $4,000 per night before switching exclusively to ONLY monthly rentals in order to comply with Hawaii's strict 30-day minimum-stay rental law. There is currently a 50% discount for all bookings for 30 days or more. There is NO cleaning fee or any other fees for heating. pets, utilities, etc. All taxes are included too and we never nickel and dime our guests. Please book such that your check-in day is right next to the previous check-out day in order to avoid booking gaps in the 30-day minimum stay calendar.
