We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything described in the listing was exactly as it appeared. It was spotless, comfortable, and very accommodating. The best water pressure ever for a wonderful shower !!! The location was perfect — close to everything yet private. The home itself was full of charm and made our stay feel extra special. I highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod home! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our group of friends. Great family friendly property!

The property is beautiful! Walking distance from the beach and really central location in Chatham. Had everything we needed! Loved the porch - plenty of dinners with extended family. Comfy beds AC games and books for kids! Very responsive host. Loved it!

Wonderful Place for a Cape Vacation!

We enthusiastically recommend this beautiful place on the Cape, especially for families. The house is in a great location and is wonderful. Well-funished, close to the beach, and very clean/well maintained. Ample towels, sheets, and beach gear (chairs, etc.) Really nice grill and patio/deck area. The owner did a great job of communication. We loved our time there!

A lovely home, roomy enough for 7 people. Peaceful location exactly as advertised, walking distance to Cockle Cove beach. Very family oriented. Lots of beach items available for use. Kitchen well stocked. The outdoor veranda is a gem, surrounded by lush gardens. The property was an integral factor in another enjoyable vacation on the Cape.

Our family began each morning out on the large patio eating breakfast and relaxing there while the kids moved to the yard to explore and run races. The place truly IS impeccably landscaped. In the evenings, we gathered around the big dining table for games and/or dinner beneath the watchful eye of that most impressive mounted marlin. When we did venture out, we found beaches, restaurants, and shopping all very conveniently located. Communication with owners was prompt and friendly. A wonderful way/stay to cap our summer!

Excellent location

The house is close to beaches, including a private beach in walking distance. The deck is amazing. Perfect for dinners with the family and relaxing at night. This was out third time staying at this house.

A perfect Cape home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week with our college aged children. We loved the outdoor space, spending as much time as possible on the spacious deck (morning coffees and dinners al fresco) and appreciated the layout of the indoor space (it’s not easy to find a 3 bedroom with 3 queen/king beds— and the beds were comfy!) Being able to walk to Cockle Cove (less than 10 minutes) meant we could always enjoy the beach if we didn’t want to drive. When we did want to check out other area beaches they were an easy drive. We just loved our trip! Couldn’t recommend more wholeheartedly.

Family Winter Retreat

We had a great getaway at Justin’s home. Well- equipped, very comfortable beds, and views of the water- what more can you ask for.We loved being able to walk down to Cockle Cove Beach each day for a brisk walk. We have stayed in many rentals in Chatham over the years and this one was definitely a keeper! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your lively home.

Excellent Family Home/ Chatham Vacations

Impressive, comfortable, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. This property is central to all locations (restaurants, shopping, beaches) in the Chatham area. Hosts have a very well kept home on a manicured property and add their own touch’s. Everything about the home is convenient, well maintained and taken care of. Wonderful side porch and outdoor shower for the kids. Highly recommend this home for your next Chatham vacation!

landed in Rhode island and played all day, drove to chatham and arrived about 10pm. room was not ready, hadn't been cleaned, called manager and explained situation , he offered a couple of choices which wasn't to our agreement, so after going around a while he did find a room nearby for the night. the room was cleaned the next morning, and we was refunded the nights room at the new place. but due to the issue an inconvenience of the error on the place being cleaned, and us having to pack and move, we feel at least one night of the condo should be refunded. we travel with friends, was planning on cooking and playing games just friend things, but that one night was shot. it may have not been his fault, but someone should have made sure the place was ready to stay in, so one night was lost for gathering. it was cleaned the next day but still it wasn't ready when it should have been. and a refund for at least one night at the place should be administered .

Apologies once again Billy. As explained, this had never happened before and I was happy to pay for not 1, but 2 rooms for your party right up the road as there was not many options at that time of night, which was then deducted from your fees. I feel this was fair compensation for something out of my control and happy we were able to have the property turned over first thing the next morning for you to enjoy the rest of your stay.

Amazing week on the Cape!

We had a great week on the Cape and found this rental to be perfect for our family. With two kids under 4, the crib and toys made it very comfortable and easy. The outdoor area is very comfortable with a large table that we ate around daily and the furniture was very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. Would highly recommend it!

Thank you Justin & Jamie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home It is tastefully furnished with quality and chic decor, and the beds were absolutely comfortable and fitted with high end linens. Your deck was a particular highlight of our stay and we enjoyed relaxing, dining and cooking on your gas grill. By the way, you've outfitted your kitchen with terrific kitchenware! All in all, we enjoyed our vacation immensely and we hope to come back again. Cockle Cove beach is so close by-its' one of our favorites!

Nice quiet stay

We enjoyed staying at the property, it was very clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable, and is quiet. We really enjoyed the deck, landscaping is great. Location is what we were looking for, central to the cape from ptown to Hyannis. Owners great to work with!

Amazing Stay

Overall amazing stay. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, and the landscaping was awesome with the fresh flowers and green grass. Loved sitting outside each morning having our breakfast! The house is a perfect size and had everything we needed. My kids took every shower in the outside shower and they couldn’t get enough! Hosts were super responsive and accommodating as well. Overall a 5 star stay!

I am from Hingham, MA and love being able to share my family home with other families to share quiet evenings on the deck, enjoy the wonderful beaches in town or cozy up in front of a movie in the living room with some ice cream. All of these things I have done with my wife and 3 daughters over the years making this a home filled with love and very family friendly, while still being nicely accommodated with modern touches and amenities.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The quiet cul-de-sac road is great for walking or riding bikes with little to no cars coming by in a weeks time. The ocean views from the second floor are what really sold my family and I on this house being our dream Cape location. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly should anything be needed.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The large landscaped yard is the only one of its size in the neighborhood. The huge, two level deck is ideal for enjoying the outdoors and staring out over the Nantucket sound. Taylor’s Pond is so tranquil and is a 5 minute walk down the hill from us. This property is a gem.
