Hey there, thanks for staying at our property. Unfortunately, I have to call out your review for being a complete lie. The moment you called our corporate office about a faulty door, we promptly assisted you—no waiting for over an hour. We inspected the hairdryer upon your check-out, and they were working perfectly fine. So, I'm not sure why you had such a difficult time with them. However, if they were having problems, all you had to do was call or text the local contact you were provided and we would have assisted you right away. We provide hotel-style shower amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. And as for the can opener, it was right there in the second drawer to the left of the stove. Your check-out instructions were sent to you via text two days prior to arrival, on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure. We understand that not everyone uses text messaging, but we also sent you multiple emails. Have a good day.
