We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

I did not like the lack of transparency of the four bedroom in two units. I expected one unit with four bedroom home, not two units with two bedroom each.
