Montauk House with Lake View

Please Note: you must be 26 or older to rent. Due to covid there are still no car parking beach passes available. There is a property manager onsite. Pet Friendly with additional security deposit
This wonderful, spacious, 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths, outside shower & lake view house is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Sleeps up to ONLY 8 ADULTS comfortably! The Main floor has 1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. The Living room has wrap around sliding glass doors throughout with beautiful views of the lake as well as the stunning Montauk Sunsets. The Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms (king in one, queen in other) are joined together by the upstairs deck which faces the lake as well. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The ground level deck wraps the main part of the house and comes with a BBQ and outdoor seating. There is also an amazing outdoor shower! With all the sliding doors and windows there is a wonderful lake and ocean breeze. Pets are allowed but requires an additional security deposit per animal.

Main floor is updated and really enjoyable to hang with family. The tree by the front porch was flowering and added to the enjoyment but also made a mess because people kept tracking in the flowers into the house. The place is well equipped and overall great place to stay when visiting Montauk.

The house was just darling! Love how they kept all of the older features of the home which made it feel like a cute cottage. The decor was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location as we had a wedding to attend at the Downs. The ample towels were fantastic, along with having a washer dryer. 1 for flexible parking too!

Can’t recommend this property enough! Had some family and friends come into town and we rented the house for them to stay in. Location is 10/10 - close to everything and on the best part of MTK - east lake. Views are amazing and the house has everything you need. The communication with the house manager was wonderful as well- if we had any questions they were super quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again.

We were a group of 7 adults, mostly couples Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Our family has lived in Montauk since the late 70's, this was our home growing up. The property has been a wonderful house that our family has enjoyed from generation through generation and endless friends. Days at the beach, BBQ'ing at night and endless sunsets is all a few of the memories we hope your family has as well.

Why they chose this property

It’s a wonderful house for a family that loves all the things about Montauk. There is lake access, a beach at the end of the road, and of course the beaches all over town. Plus don't forget the shopping, dining and night life. The Sunsets are amazing, the breeze is delightful if you enjoy the fresh air, and you have access to the large yard, and the BIG SKY at night. There is No place like it!!

What makes this property unique

The wrap around deck is wonderful and the outdoor shower is great for washing off the beach or just enjoying the beauty of nature. The upstairs deck is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We live locally and there is a year round house manager onsite (ground level of main house), if any issues may arise.
