Esta casa decorada con buen gusto, con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, es la casa perfecta para familias, amigos o parejas. Ubicado en una tranquila calle sin salida, a solo 5 minutos a pie del acceso a la playa de Bonnett Street, la ubicación es inmejorable. Nosotros administramos y limpiamos la casa nosotros mismos. ¡No encontrará una casa de alquiler más limpia!

¡A solo una cuadra del NUEVO Dowdy Park! ¡Hay un gran parque infantil para niños, así como conciertos de verano en el stand de la banda!

Five star rating in every category! Amanda is easy to communicate with; the accommodations are very clean and welcoming; the location is perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful park. Also, all of Amanda’s recommendations for area eateries/attractions are spot on! We very much enjoyed our stay at this well stocked and appointed home. Our dog gives it 5 stars too.

Perfect house in a perfect location.

This was the perfect house for our family of five, outfitted for a week of beach time. It was HOT a few of the days while we were here, but the AC kept us cool. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The street is a dead end, so it’s quiet, which is really nice. I was able to walk to Food Lion for little grocery purchases, and the beach wagon was a godsend for the short walks to the beach. There is also a farmers’ market on Thursday mornings about a block away. All in all, the owners are responsive, and it was a great vacation rental experience.

We didn’t want to leave

The home was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. My family had a wonderful spring break. The location was convenient, 5 min walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes to the coffee shop, ice cream and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. Loved little details like white noise machines in every bedroom and children’s books to read to my kid every night. We also really enjoyed having access to the bikes to ride around the neighborhood, especially to the park nearby. We’d absolutely stay again!

Nice place for an OBX getaway

Had a great visit in Nags head at this property! It was our first time in OBX and the location was perfect for us to head north one day and south the next to explore most of the islands.The park nearby was very nice. Lots of activities to do there (basketball, pickleball, horseshoes, etc).Some great food/ice cream within walking distance. Including the beach.House was very clean and had everything we needed. Well thought out in covering all the amenities.Host was an excellent communicator and always available should we need anything. Gave some great recommendations of restaurants and places to see. Would definitely stay again!

Definite Keeper - We'll look for on our next trip!

Definitely 5 Stars: We stayed at this lovely Nags Head home December 21-24 to kick off winter break from public school teaching in western NC; three of us plus our dog. We liked this house very much and were fortunate to have sunny, warm weather. We found the home to be accurately described in the VRBO ad, comfortable and very clean. The interior decor is impressive with good floor plan. For us the location was very convenient. Everything in the home functioned well, was thoughtfully decorated and well-provisioned for our needs. There was parking space for 2-3 vehicles. Our dog also travels with us. There was outdoor space on the lot and the quiet neighborhood was pleasant for his walks. Just blocks off the beachfront, we also enjoyed pleasant walks to the beach. A few shops were close-by. We drove to buy groceries. Terrific host! Communication with the host was easy. Access and host instructions were clear and readily available. Local area recommendations (restaurants, other) were very helpful! Overall our experience was a wonderful first visit to OBX, meeting all needs. We enjoyed our stay and liked the house very much and will definitely consider this home again whenever our travels bring us back to the area! A happy, comfortable visit! Thank you!

Lovely stay

We could tell this home was cared for and loved. Amanda and Adam were responsive and so helpful. The house was so clean and just the right amount of space for our family. We particularly loved the screened porch and walking to The Spot for ice cream and coffee. Highly recommend!

Amazing Beach Vacation

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Nag's Head. The location cannot be beat - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream...there is no better place to stay. The house is stocked with everything you need - including kids plates and cups! My kids loved the nearby park, and the ocean...the best. Super clean beach, plenty of space, warm water and lots of shells. Amanda is a phenomenal host. She called us as soon as we made the reservation to answer any questions we may have had, and she communicated us throughout the week to make sure we got in ok and everything was good. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!

House was very clean and had all the necessary things to make our beach stay comfortable including beach chairs and bikes. It is tucked away in a quiet location but still close to lots of OBX activities. Would highly recommend this place!

We needed to book a last minute long weekend, and this home was perfect! It was easy to check in and out. The house had everything you would need to stay in and cook or go out to the beach. Great size and layout for a family. Absolutely recommend!

Charming Home

Spent a long weekend here with some old friends from high school and we had a wonderful time even despite some iffy weather. The place was extremely clean and cozy, with many thoughtful little touches throughout. The walk to the beach is not too far, and we enjoyed being able to walk/bike to some nearby restaurants. Amanda was a great and communicative host. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Great for families.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Amanda’s house. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable just like the pictures show. Short walk to the beach, park & restaurants. Really nice location. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip even in off season. Neighborhood is nice and maintained. Kids loved the bunk beds and the toys & books that were provided. Plenty of places to explore nearby.

Beautiful & peaceful family trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house a quick 5 minute walk from the beach! Amanda & Adam were great hosts and the house had everything we needed, and was walkable to a lot of restaurants/bars near the beach. Would definitely stay again.

These hosts are super - they supply everything you need and more to have a great trip. (Beach chairs, boogie board, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms) Our family and golden retriever loved the home and walkability to numerous great places.

We absolutely love the location of our cottage. It is nestled under beautiful live oak trees on a quiet cul de sac. It's close proximity to Dowdy Park, Bonnett Street Beach Access, Morningview Coffee, Waveriders Deli, Tortugas' Lie, Jockey's Ridge and much more is also a huge plus!
