The fully equipped kitchen lets you create hearty meals and not spend more on eating out, while the washer and dryer ensure you pack light and avoid airline baggage fees. The private balcony is ideal for enjoying a little refreshing air and light conversation with friends and family.

Policies:
I do require at least a two night minimum and some holidays or dates may require a 3 night stay. To make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. We accept payment via Paypal which also has an option to pay with credit/debit card
Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, We will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.
Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
