The Blacklake Golf Course has three nine-hole courses onsite, a bar/restaurant and is within easy driving distance (10 miles or less) of three other Golf Courses. Nipomo is conveniently located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria and this condo is an easy drive to several beaches (incl. Pismo Beach); multiple wineries and restaurants; hiking trails; theatre (PCPA and the Melodrama); Farmers Market in Avila Beach or San Luis Obispo and lots of shopping. A covered carport is included in front of the condo, with plenty of free parking for guests.

My parent's moved to Blacklake about thirty years ago. I live in San Jose and my family has visited this area over the last thirty years and have learned to love the Central Coast and what it has to offer. It is a perfect getaway and equal distance from the SF Bay Area or Los Angeles. There is so much to do and the weather always seems to be perfect hovering at about 74*F every day.

Why they chose this property

Blacklake Golf Course is a beautiful area and easily accessible to highway 101 and the Pacific Coast highway. It is a "quiet" community that has golf, swimming, spa, bar/restaurant, live music on most weekends and is located close to so many attractions such as the beach, wineries, good restaurants, hiking trails and golf courses.

What makes this property unique

1407 Golf Course Lane looks over the 9th hole on the Lakes Golf Course and faces west. The sunsets are spectacular. The open living area is perfect for entertaining as well as hosting BBQ's on the patio. The bedrooms are all located upstairs. This condo was fully remodeled with new bathrooms, new kitchen , stainless steel appliances, new lighting, new doors throughout, new furniture and a Smart 70" TV. Pets are welcomed.
