Welcome to our vacation home in Crystal River, FL! A perfect place to spend your time away from home, located within Sun Retreats, a gated resort, with many amenities guests can access. Sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. We have ample boat parking on our lot. There are also airboat tours for manatee and alligator observation.

Great little place to stay

Overall our stay at this property was excellent. The only issue we had was with the bed. If you need a firm mattress this bed will kill you. Other than that you’ll love the property.

This is a very nice property close to everything! It was perfect for our week in the area. Joanne’s communication was perfect- highly recommended!

We are a retired couple from Pennsylvania and love traveling, hanging with family and friends and spending as much time as possible with our 3 grandbabies. Florida has become one of our special places. We have gone to this resort often and fell in love with it and in fact, so much that we decided to purchase a unit here. We are very new to hosting. The wonderful memories we have made here will be with us forever and want the same for you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The resort where the property is located has many amenities including a basketball court, dog park, horseshoes area, playground, clubhouse where activities are held weekly, shuffleboard, outdoor fitness yard and large picnic pavilion as well as a pool and spa. The pool and spa are our favorite. The fact that it is gated is another plus. The best part about this neighborhood is all of the friendly and kind people you meet.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is very centrally located to many shops and restaurants. It is also near Fort Island Gulf Beach, Downtown Crystal River and Three Sister Springs. There is a little something for everyone to do from kayaking to swimming with the manatees as well as fishing and boating. The unit is also about an hour away from Tampa, and an hour and 40 minutes from Disneyworld and Clearwater Beach. The closest airports are Tampa International Airport which is a little over an hour away and Orlando International Airport at an hour and 40 minutes away for those who want to venture out a little further.
