Come enjoy over 2200+ sq. ft. of living space in this relaxing 5 bedroom 3 full bath new construction just a one block walk from the beach on the Oceanside. This home was built in 2016 and has hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan with 9' ceilings into the living room with a 55" inch smart TV, which turns and looks into the dining area as well as new kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, central air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet access, outdoor deck on the first and second floor with lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing, front porch with lounge chairs, new outdoor grill and seating on a brand new patio. Outside Shower off the patio. Full wrap around Vinyl fence for security and piece of mind for families to play outside. A full bath and bedroom complete the first floor. Second floor has 4 other bedrooms including the master with full master bath. 2nd Floor Outside Balcony, in the front of the house, with entrances from the Guest and Master Bedroom.

In light of Covid-19 epidemic, we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests. Our professional cleaning service will be sanitizing all areas after their standard thorough cleaning. We have also installed air scrubbers throughout the house to ensure that all contaminants are removed from the air and surfaces. If you are looking for specific details on our cleaning methods, please let us know.

The property is nicely maintained and more than met our needs. It’s on a busy street (Long Beach Boulevard) but close to the beach and centrally located on LBI.

House was very nice. Did not use the kitchen as all meals were at other locations. TV remotes were a little difficult to figure out but good once done. Don't forget to bring bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen soap was there.

Perfect for a quick off season trip

I met my family for a small reunion in October. There was an Oyster festival on one of the days which gave us a nice place to hang and eat. The place was very clean and convenient.

Great getaway!

We rented the house with our friends and our young children. It was clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach, in a quieter area, which we really liked. Home was a quick drive to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again!

Great space and Clean home

My sisters and cousins had a weekend getaway at this home and it was perfect. There was plenty of room, it was clean and a close walk to the beach. Hank was easy to work with and get ahold of. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend the home to a group of 10 or for a family vacation rental.

Overall, very pleased with this beach house

The house was updated and clean. Owner was nice and a pleasure to work with. The location is a very easy walk to the beach with was great. The beach was ideal - plenty of space for everyone. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic from the main road inside the house (though at night it is pretty quiet).

LBI Family Vacation

Great house on the ocean side of Long Beach Island. The main floor bedroom was great for my older parents. All the kids and other adults stayed upstairs. Open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out. It was nice to have towels and bed linens provided. Perfect house for families with young kids or teens.

Birthday Weekend

I spent a weekend here to celebrate a birthday with some friends and we had a great stay! The house is in a great location if you want to be in a quieter area, just steps from the beach, and still close to restaurants, attractions and night life. It’s very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The host Hank was amazing!!! If anything came up he was so quick to respond and he addressed any issues right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stunning home!

What an amazing home! This house was immaculate and beautifully updated. Every finishing touch was perfect. We stayed here as a group of 10- including my one year old and two and a half year old. It was perfect! It’s only a block away from the beach, making it an easy walk back and forth for lunch. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Hank was amazing and always quick to respond to my emails. We look forward to staying here again and making it part of our family tradition!

Nice house close to the beach, restaurants, Bay Village and Fantasy Island.

The house was very nice and relatively new, not luxurious. The fenced in yard, outdoor shower and furniture were all lovely and the proximity to the beach was great. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen was not. The pots and pans in the kitchen were worn and scratched up and only a 2 slice toaster was provided in a house that accomadateds 10. Much of the living area seating was tired and the sectional in the living room was dirty and worn and the lounge section of it was very saggy. We paid $350 for linen service and the beds were unmade when we arrived and the linen bundle had 2 bath towels per bed, no hand towels or wash cloths. The king bed in the primary bedroom was the worst mattress we have ever tried to sleep on. The second floor balcony off the master had no furniture however there are two adirondack chairs pictured in the listing. While the house was close to the beach it was also right on the noisy boulevard. The proximity to the beach, the fenced yard and ample parking were great.
