Great location! Very clean and spacious. Would stay here again. The only downfall is the elevators are terrible getting on and stopping at many may floors during busy times.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I found the checkin procedures a bit confusing. Although there’s a front desk only the owner can checkin guests. Slava met us at checkin time without any problems, however I would’ve liked a more detailed description beforehand as to what to expect at checkin. This is a minor issue, I recommend booking this condo.

One of the elevators was broken so there was a line out the door all day friday to get up to our place.I really loved the beds and pillows- any chance you could share what kind they are? I specifically slept in the room with the two twin beds.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for staying with us! I’m sorry about the inconvenience with the elevator — unfortunately, that was a building-related issue outside of our control, but I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the beds and pillows! Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide the exact details, as they were purchased quite some time ago and we no longer have that information. Thank you again for your stay, and I’d be happy to host you again in the future!

I absolutely loved my stay! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect close to everything yet still peaceful. The apartment was stunning, spotless, and felt like home the moment I walked in. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and absolutely loved it! The penthouse was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and with incredible views of the water and city skyline. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. When I come to Miami this is the only place I will stay.
