Welcome to Mill Modern. Completely rebuilt in 2023, this completely refreshed, historic, bungalow is located in Bend’s best historic neighborhood. This two-bedroom (queen, queen), two-bathroom bungalow is a great option for modern, design-conscious downtown lodging. Enjoy a piece of history in this peaceful, centrally located retreat. Two blocks from Downtown, two blocks from Box Factory and Old Mill, and just an 8-minute walk to the Deschutes River and the famous river wave. This is the location you hoped to find.

A light filled home, you'll love the oak floors, custom oak and fir woodwork, and window blinds affording complete privacy. There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, as well as a queen sleeper in the living room, providing comfort and style for up to four adults. The private backyard offers a lovely place to relax after a busy day recreating in Bend.

The open living room has a mid-century dining room table and bar, and a simple and calm aesthetic. There is a large-screen smart TV for streaming Netflix, Hulu, as well as digital antenna. The home has Wifi, central heat, A/C, full-sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, and gas range. Beds are made with high thread count sheets and duvets, all laundered between users. This home was designed for an uncluttered, clean and comfortable experience, without sacrificing style.

We have a pack and play crib and high chair for you to use, if needed. Please let us know and we'll make sure those are at the home for you.

You have the entire property to yourself, with keypad entry. Please note there are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home viewing the front yard and backyards. No other cameras are on the property.

Wonderful location!

A beautifully remodeled and cute cottage that is minutes from everything! We walked to Old Mill, Downtown Bend, and was a short 10 min walk back from Drake park with our innertubes after the float. Highly recommended staying here!

This property was a TREAT to stay at! Everything was so clean and new, the decor and comfort was unmatched. This property was in walking distance of downtown and a quick 5 minute drive to the shuttle drop off for Mt Bachelor. We will definitely be staying here again for our next girls trip!
