This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.

The unit was not ready at 3 pm and the cleaner seemed to have attitude, plus the towels were damp and the place wasn't super clean. It was very nice there were cold drinks in the fridge. I would stay again but other people's dirt and dust is takes it down a notch. Seems like hosts do not leave rags and cleaning supplies that one could use to address residual dirt...
