Come fall in love with PARADISE! One of the best parts of this private condo is the close proximity to the amazing Coco Beach! You are only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and just a block from multiple restaurants and a mini market. No need to rent a car if you stay here, which will save you $$$ hundreds!

This fully furnished beautiful 2 bedroom unit comes with a nice kitchen and plenty of comfy room to dine with friends and family. The custom hardwood pantry & cabinets offer a Costa Rican styled setting and a comfortable area to enjoy meals, or just relax after a day on the beach.

Both bedrooms reside on the 2nd floor - the master has a comfortable king bed and the guest room has 2 nice twin beds. Maximum of 4 people please.

The pool area comes complete with outdoor furniture, a small bar with counter space to prepare an afternoon snack, and an outdoor shower. The water depth is great for doing laps or lounging around on floaters if you prefer to swim just outside your front door.

This is a beautiful unit located one block from the beach. We appreciated that it was in a relatively quiet residential area, with shops and restaurants easily in walking distance. I also liked the fact that a small grocery store was nearby. Well, the property is a little older. It is very well maintained. I can’t say enough about the property owner Melina, who went out of her way to accommodate us on our stay. I would highly recommend this property based on location, affordability, and easy access to the beach as well as local shopping and dining.

What ever the property itself lacked was so made up for in the welcome and helpfulness of the property manager Melina. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was able to set us up with a golf cart and a sailboat tour. Nadear who is from Nicaragua keeps the property and pool, beautiful. This was a beautiful place to finish our tour of Costa Rica..

We used this Playas del Coco condo as a base for all our tours throughout Guanacaste. It was clean and tidy, has a great pool and it was a short walk to the beach and to a variety of great eateries. All the neighbors were great too. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool at the property was amazing and the beach about a 5 minute walk away. The location is close to amenities but also secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing. Melina, the property manager, was very helpful with everything, including helping us book excursions and a golf cart to go a little farther afield. Thank you for everything!

Excellent property! The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Melina was great! I recommend having her book your airport transportation as it couldn’t have been any easier. She also answered any questions we had very quickly. It’s close the main road with shopping and restaurants, but I recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Will definitely save this property for next time!

Perfect set up for our family of 3, even 2 full baths to make post beach/pool clean up faster! The pool was literally steps away and the beach a 5 minute walk , there was a convenience store and multiple restaurant options also within 5 minutes, area was safe and well kept, relaxed atmosphere and the best passion fruit margaritas at the beach! Great accommodations in a lovely area, no need to hesitate - book it!!

Beautiful condo and grounds. Great location also quick walk to the beach and to town. Melina was a wonderful resource for many things and even helped us in a medical emergency. I can not say enough about what a great place this was to stay. Not to mention close to a wonderful coffee shop and tiny fresh fish restaurant. Simple Condo with pool access & near the beach

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was in excellent condition, with a binder outlining not only things to know about the condo, but also recommendations for eating & activities. A very short walk to restaurants & the beach, so close to come back in between. Only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay.

Wonderful

I was here for a couple days and the stay here was great. Melina, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of, and when I had an issue she got it fixed right away. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach and any restaurants.

very nice place to stay

we only stayed a couple nights out there but it was great. The property manager was very nice and she helped us with getting there and also with transportation and activity to do around. The new year eve on the beach was a nice experience! Lastly, the neighborhood was very calm and people were very nice with us.

Nice two bedroom in great location

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.

Why they chose this property

This condo is very nice, comfortable and very easy on the budget compared to other properties in the area. The big draw to this condo is the great location that is close to the cafés, restaurants & of course Coco Beach!
Airport pick-up & drop-off for $60 each way if you prefer.

What makes this property unique

This condo has a backup water reserve tank so that if the water is shut off during the day for maintenance (which happens on occasion down there) you will not be affected because of your private reserve tank. Many other condos do not have this feature so you are at the mercy of the local utility company. Nothing is worse on vacation than coming home from the beach and not being able to take a shower before going out on the town for dinner. I also had a new hot water tank and new Air Condition unit installed as additional upgrades.
