Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad your family enjoyed a wonderful weekend and that the home’s cleanliness and lake access stood out. We understand the rental agreement may have been missed when sent in July and September. Emails can get buried easily. We also appreciate how the timing of check-in documents and pet inquiries can cause stress and will use your comments to evaluate our process. We’d love to host your family again for a smoother and equally memorable stay!

Thank you, Marty, for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delay with the door code. We understand it was inconvenient, though sometimes certain steps, like completing agreements, do need to be finalized before access can be granted. We also truly wish we had known about the food so we could have addressed it during your stay. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable experience next time.
