Very pleasant and comfortable house

Kim was very easy to contact a d very responsive. The house has everything you need. Note that club membership is not included except for the beach, but Kim helped us get pool access.

Great house in St. James!

We had a great time in this house. The kids loved that the bedrooms were separate from the adults and so did we. It is a perfect house for a family. Near Southport and Oak Island. All of the amenities were great. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Family Vacation

The property is nice. The home is in a gated golf community. We felt very safe. We loved the pool table, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and laundry room. The owners are generous and thought of amenities that saved time and money like beach chairs and a cart to pull coolers and other items. The property is 15-20 minutes from the beaches. Our stay began the day after a hurricane. Beach access and restaurants were limited for a few days. The weather turned out nice. We don’t typically vacation late summer but with our son’s college schedule and COVD we had no other options. Caswell Beach was worth the obstacles faced to get there. Oak Island was nice too. Would like to return to visit more beaches in the area.

Perfect spot to wind down

From the gate entering Saint James you feel the relaxation coming in. Slow pace and well maintained gated community. The House is equipped with everything you need to enjoy quality Family time. Games, Beach gear, BBQ, and for our two sons the Pool table was the bonus. Southport, Oak-Island beach and Wilmington give you plenty to do for day trips. We enjoyed everything of it

The Home is beautiful and obviously has had a great deal of loving care.

We arrived and all was as represented, with the exception that you cannot describe the feeling of peace and tranquility that surrounds this home. The furnishings are comfortable and all necessary kitchen and dining accouterments are available. The home is located on the golf course in the Members Club section of St James Plantation and is very private with a central location to all St. James amenities. Kim, the owner, was very gracious and responded immediately to any questions we had. The only problem we encountered was not wanting to leave this wonderful spot. Kim and Ron are great hosts and the welcoming bottle of wine was a great way to start our vacation. Thanks Warren and Janna
