Downtown Sunshine Cottage & GolfCart

Charming, beautifully renovated cottage located just four blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants (see map). You'll find an inviting, open concept living space perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Stroll or take the four-seater golf cart to the waterfront park bench swings where the Cape Fear meets the Atlantic Ocean, dine by the river, enjoy live music, spectacular sunsets, historic sites, and quaint shops. Explore the Oak Island beaches and and award winning public golf course only a 15 minute drive away. Take a ferry to Bald Head Island or discover historic Wilmington.
End the day unwinding in the gazebo, roast marshmallows, play bocce, chat around the kitchen island, or watch a movie on the large sectional with a cozy fire. There are board games and 3 TVs with smart apps or Roku and a Victrola CD/record player with Bluetooth (bring your own CDs). One bedroom has no TV.
At night, curl up in one of three comfy queen beds with hybrid mattresses and crisp cotton sheets. In the morning, enjoy your favorite coffee from the Keurig with a latte spinner as you wave to passing golf carts from the front porch. The kitchen has basic supplies and the bathroom is complete with blow dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is also a half bath off the primary bedroom and a small washer/dryer.
