One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed. If we come back to Oak Island, we hope this property is available - it is amazing. The place was extremely clean, easy to access, and the owner placed plenty of amenities to make the trip easy for a family of five.

The condo was beautiful. Our stay was great. It was very clean, relaxing and welcoming. I had a question and contacted the owner and she answered immediately and told me to let her know if we needed anything further. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Everything was perfect!

The house is beautiful and super clean and organized! We went for a long weekend for our daughter's birthday and she loved having her own bedroom upstairs away from her brothers. The pool is very lovely. There were not many people out the day we were at the pool so it made for a very relaxing time. Neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves and night time was very peaceful. The host was very responsive when we had any questions or comments. My daughter was even met with a sweet surprise from the host for her special day!

Kim was an amazing host. We absolutely loved the home — the labeled cabinets and light switches were such a thoughtful touch. The space felt warm, welcoming, and truly family-friendly. It was also conveniently located near so many great activities and adventures. We will definitely be saving this as one of our favorite stays!

We are longtime North Carolina residents who have loved the St. James/Southport/Oak Island area for many years. We now are excited about sharing this beautiful area with guests. We are readily available to offer local recommendations and to answer any questions.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

St. James is a treasure! Located on the sparkling waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is a unique community that preserves nature while offering a variety of interesting and fun activities for visitors. We love the marina which offers a tranquil setting for dining, drinks, shopping or just watching the boats come and go. Waterway Park, just a few steps from the marina, has a playground, covered picnic area, and a beautiful covered dock overlooking the waterway.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love the spaciousness of our place, including the fact that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The deck/porch off the downstairs living area is so nice for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine in a peaceful, outdoor setting. The upstairs bedroom has a second covered balcony of its own. The community pool just a few steps from our place is beautiful and includes a nicely appointed grilling area.
