Porches on both levels of the home overlook a quiet, wooded setting, offering relaxing views for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space features a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds. With three bathrooms, including three soothing bathtubs, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it a pleasant retreat no matter the season. St. James is a treasure! Located on the sparkling waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is a unique community that preserves nature while offering a variety of interesting and fun activities for visitors. We love the marina which offers a tranquil setting for dining, drinks, shopping or just watching the boats come and go. Waterway Park, just a few steps from the marina, has a playground, covered picnic area, and a beautiful covered dock overlooking the waterway.

We love the spaciousness of our place, including the fact that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The deck/porch off the downstairs living area is so nice for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine in a peaceful, outdoor setting. The upstairs bedroom has a second covered balcony of its own. The community pool just a few steps from our place is beautiful and includes a nicely appointed grilling area.
