Perfect for family fun, boaters, beach-goers, and couples, the property is conveniently situated just across from the lovely community swimming pool. Porches on both levels of the home overlook a quiet, wooded setting, offering relaxing views for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space features a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds. With three bathrooms, including three soothing bathtubs, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it a pleasant retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this condo offers a cozy and convenient home base. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean. Care and thought went into making this a lovely space to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of St. James Plantation. Host was quick to reply and very obviously cared about providing the ultimate luxury experience for their guests. A wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful. Our stay was great. It was very clean, relaxing and welcoming. I had a question and contacted the owner and she answered immediately and told me to let her know if we needed anything further. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Everything was perfect!

St. James is a treasure! Located on the sparkling waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is a unique community that preserves nature while offering a variety of interesting and fun activities for visitors. We love the marina which offers a tranquil setting for dining, drinks, shopping or just watching the boats come and go. Waterway Park, just a few steps from the marina, has a playground, covered picnic area, and a beautiful covered dock overlooking the waterway.

We love the spaciousness of our place, including the fact that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The deck/porch off the downstairs living area is so nice for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine in a peaceful, outdoor setting. The upstairs bedroom has a second covered balcony of its own. The community pool just a few steps from our place is beautiful and includes a nicely appointed grilling area.
