Destination Amelia presents the freshly updated 3326 Fairway Oaks Villa! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom golf course villa is located in a tranquil area of the gated Amelia Island Plantation and has been completely remodeled to provide its guests with a private, relaxing retreat within a short drive or bike ride of the area's pristine beaches.

Nestled under a canopy of large Spanish oak trees, 3326 Fairway Oaks boasts a bright and cozy sunroom and an outdoor patio facing the newly reopened Oak Marsh golf course. Spend quality time with family or friends cooking in the full-equipped kitchen, grilling in the front courtyard, or relaxing in the living area equipped with high-speed Wifi and TV programming.

With sleeping accommodations for four, the property's primary bedroom has a king bed, patio access, and an attached full bathroom while the second bedroom has two twin beds and entry to the second full bathroom.

The Fairway Oaks complex has two outdoor complex pools to enjoy. Relax with your toes in the sand at the nearest beach access that is a short 3-minute car ride or 8-minute bike ride away.

For those travelers that like to stay active, there are six miles of walking/biking trails within the sprawling AIP community. Explore all the parks and playgrounds, or visit the restaurants, shops, and spa services offered by the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Guests can also venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 20 minutes north by car.

Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more. Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals!

OK, but requires much needed upgrades. Plumbing needs the most work. I guess management's idea of upgrade is to take the cap off the clean out pipe in the front yard and let the waste water overflow into the yard.

We used to live on Amelia Island and recently returned for a quick visit. This villa was perfect and had everything we needed. Updated, clean, easy to get to, and quiet location. The HVAC intake filter to the air-handler, looked as if it had never been changed. We went off for the day, someone came in and changed the filter and vacuumed ALL the dark gray dust from around the air-handler. When we came in that night it smelled like mold. I had to wear a surgical mask all night & the next day until we could get out. My husband & I both suffer from Asthma. My husband & I both had to use our Albuterol the next day. I thought our stay was thru the 29th, but Destination Amelia made us pay for another night. My son is very up set because he said we should have left, went to another place to spend the night & sent Destination Amelia the bill. We had our cat with us and I was tired and didn't feel like getting on the phone and calling all over to try to find another place to stay.

we absolutely loved our stay here on Amelia Island. The owners were extremely accommodating - we were evacuating Charleston to be a safe distance from Hurricane Florence and given a last minute booking, multiple pets and changes to the reservation because of our unexpected trip we couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host. Amelia Island itself is great and this property is clean, spacious and perfect for a getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing. The closed-in sunroom was so beautiful in the morning. The kitchen is fulling stocked which makes it so great to cook and everything is is perfect place. The house looks great and the beds and couches are super comfortable. Everything in the house was super clean and it was cozy. Definitely staying here again.

Spent a week here in early June with a six-year old and a six-month old. Convenient to everything, and if being near a pool is more important than being near the beach, it's a no brainer. 5 minute drive to multiple beaches and 10 minutes to grocery. Would return.

Peaceful in a beautiful and natural environment

Nice property which met my needs well. Great customer service - very responsive and helpful. My labradoodles and I enjoyed the rental golf cart that transported us to the nature parks and the beach. Loved the walking paths and the neighborhood. I definitely would recommend the property.
