Casa Rubin @ P.I.E.R. ONE

Welcome to your own little paradise at sea! This unique 2 bedroom house is located in a secluded bay on the edge of Paradise Bay just 5 minutes by car (four-wheel drive necessary, on request we provide shuttle service) away from San Juan del Sur & offers stunning sea views. Enjoy the tranquility & privacy of this retreat while experiencing the sound of the waves.
The space
Our newly renovated house has space for Max. 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. On 45 m2 there is a bedroom with sea view and cozy mattress to relax and unwind. In the kitchen-living room there is a designer sofa bed, dining area and a terrace with sea view where you can listen to the waves. The bathroom with shower, toilets and vanity leaves nothing to be desired. There are two terraces one to the jungle and one to the sea with a hammock each.
