Beachfront condo, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. Right infront of the beach, direct beach access. Beautiful heated pool, beach and mountain views from your double balcony and from the master bedroom.
Step right on to the sand and enjoy a delicious dip into the Pacific Ocean.
Walk to town and enjoy great restaurants and bars.
Enjoy the huge infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the property.
Sun lounges and access to an ice machine and a barbecue at the communal club house.

There is 1 parking space available for your use and sometimes, there is an extra parking space for an additional fee of $50.00 (up to 3 days) If extra parking is needed for longer periods of time, we would have to see the availability and the additional cost when the time comes.

There are also tour companies in town that can take you there or we can arrenge for a car and a private choffer for your entire stay.

Great Place

Wonderful location and the best place to stay on the beach (away from the loud music in the town). Beautiful pool, direct beach access, and a very relaxed vibe. The apartment was clean, very functional, and had a wonderful view. Hope to be back!

We had 3 weeks to enjoy the beach and the pool. The common area was the best we have ever seen. The condo was everything we needed and more. Lovely location and easy to walk to town. We had a wonderful time. Great place!

Amazing property

Loved staying here. It was just a little too far down the beach for us as we wished we were closer to town. Otherwise it’s perfect and Mariella is the best host ever. Anything you need she will help. Make sure you get in room massages for 20 hr.

Beachfront Paradise!

We absolutely loved this vacation rental! We stayed at this property with our family of five, including our 5 year old twins. There was so much to appreciate about this beautiful, spacious, oceanfront vacation rental, which is more beautiful than listed! Having two small children, we loved having very close access to the pool, easy parking, and beachfront access. We were always able to find lounge chairs and/or tables for relaxing/dining and the security staff was friendly. The place felt very safe and there were many restaurants nearby or able to deliver to your door. The owner was amazing and very easy to contact, although all we needed from her was to add an extra night because we loved this location so much! We look forward to staying here again!

Luxury Condo with beautiful views and steps to the ocean.

Great location on the beach, within a secure gated community with a 20 min walk to the town of San Juan del Sur. The condo was in a resort like setting and only a few condos were actually in use. The Property manager was very attentive and responsive to our requests.

Nice and fun.

We stayed at this condo for 8 nights. We had a wonderful time at the condo and the complex. Amazing views, excellent security, and great amenities. In addition, the location was great. Easy walk into town. San Juan is a fun fishing village with many places to eat and drink. We are looking forward to go back, and stay at the same place!!
