We were a multigenerational family and the villa had all that we needed, minor blips were dealt with immediately. We felt very looked after but still able be ourselves within the property. A big plus was the local beach which had a natural salt water paddling pool area which was perfect for our 10 month old. The beach Taverna was also a great find

Fabulous Villa - we were welcomed on arrival by Maria and it was a lovely touch to have fruit, cake and other basics supplied on arrival. The photos don’t do this villa justice - really spacious for 2 families including 4 teenagers. The outside space and views are outstanding. We didn’t hire a car - we walked into town which took about 30mins and got a taxi back for 10. This worked out cheaper than hiring a car. Local beach is nice - with a taverna. The only improvement I would make is the availability of sunbeds / deckchairs as a few were broken on site, which meant there were not enough to go around. But all in all I would highly recommend for a peaceful, comfortable villa!

Lovely Lepeda

We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.

Beatiful House with a stunning view

The house was just as described with plenty of room and everything an even larger group would need for a longer stay. Located on a hill it offered a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The pool is a nive addition to the house that was mainly used by our kids. The communication with the house owner was perfect and trustworthy at all times.

Highly Recommend

We had an amazing time while staying at this property, the photos do not do this property justice. The owner was great at communicating and arrange for us to be met by the lovely Maria. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The location is just up the road from the Lepeda Beach which is beautiful although hilly. We were able to walk to/from Lixouri, we also used the local taxi company. I would highly recommend and definitely return again. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit to Kefalonia.

Amazing Home

Pictures do not do this home justice. Everything about it was perfect. Very clean and organized. The fridge was filled with little things we may need throughout our stay like milk, water, and some snacks. The owners were also nice enough to leave behind a cake and fresh fruit for us. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful Lepeda Beach and also very close to Lixouri which was full of great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We will definitely be booking this home again on our future vacations to Kefalonia!
