Welcome to this charming house in Ventura. This beautiful property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 full beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Relax by the pool or enjoy our above ground spa in the patio Over looking our fun putting green. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

**Please be aware pool is not heated due to large size, however you can enjoy the above ground spa that is maintained at 104°F year round!

Perfect for our Family of 5!

We have three children, ages 16, 13, and 9. It’s hard to find a place where everyone is comfortable and happy and has their own space, but Nelly’s home was PERFECT!The layout is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and my golf loving son had a blast with the putting green. Everything was clean, the laundry room made packing easier, and it was nice having a driveway to park in. Our only complaint was that it was too chilly to enjoy the pool, but we’d love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the whole back yard.
