This was a very nice place to spend a week. It was comfortable, clean and close to downtown Prescott, and a good value. We felt as comfortable in it as we would in our own home! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an excellent place to stay in Prescott!

Beautiful place

This place is tucked in a beautiful spot and a gorgeous little property. I prefer it over a hotel any day of the week. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed. If we come back up to Prescott this is the preferred place for us to come to stay!

Look no further for your getaway. This place is it! The location is perfect. Just far enough away that you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet close to everything you could possibly want/need on a trip. Great communication from the host. Kirk's Kasita will not disappoint!

We have provided 5-star ratings for all evaluation items as part of this review - but we wanted to give 4-star status to one item...the online presentation: it does not do justice to the roomy, open, pleasant, and convenience aspects of this unit. It is incredibly large and open for a guest couple. Simply outstanding! Anyone looking to stay in Prescott - especially for multiple days, should attempt to book this casita. It was perfect!

Location was 10 mins from downtown and perfect location house was clean and quiet although the dogs went a little crazy when we were outside which made me uncomfortable since I wanted to be outside before the rain but other than that, it was totally fine. I was more uncomfortable for the homeowner and the dog barking.

Yes, dogs definitely bark when people are out front. Good that there’s a completely private patio off the master room in the kasita where the dogs can not see you and you can definitely enjoy some rain there next time!
