Sarasota home beautiful! Nestled on Bermuda Brook

This spacious and newly remodeled classic Florida-style home is conveniently located in central Sarasota. All well known attractions and amenities are within 5-6 miles from the house, including Siesta Key public beach, downtown, St. Armands, Sarasota/Bradenton airport, and I-75. The house is staged with all the necessary amenities to feel right at home, including a screened-in back patio with a fire-pit to enjoy sunsets and evenings bug free.
The space

The house is set to feel comfortable the minute you walk in the house, with calming interior colors and furniture and beachy vibes. The house has a TV in the living room and a TV in the guest room. All new kitchen appliances and outside grill.

Guest access:
The house has a four car half-moon driveway for larger vehicles if necessary. The neighborhood is also very quite for people who like to walk, especially for sunrise and sunset.
