This two story historic 1930s brick home offers a peaceful stay for guests, in one of Savannah's most sought after neighborhoods. There are 3 bedrooms including a king, full, and twin, 2 full bathrooms with tubs, and one half bath. There is another private room/office - in which a queen air mattress (provided) could fit. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV. Quiet midtown neighborhood on such a charming block, 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride downtown. Very close to the Starland District. Back deck with seating and fully fenced in yard. Quick walk to Daffin Park and the Savannah Bananas games!

Great spot just outside of downtown

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. A few quirky spots within walking distance. Very easy to get to downtown Savannah. Thanks for having us!
