Great shore house

Clean, cozy house one block from the beach and bay. It is also minutes away from so many of LBI's amenities. We would be happy to stay there again!

Great location

We absolutely love this house! Perfect location to beach and bay. As well as Acme if you need anything. The owner is great to work with! Looking forward to our next stay here!

Family vacation

Five adults and two children fit comfortably. Good location, walking distance to Acme and other stores. Walking distance to beach and bay. Great place for our family to reunite!

Wonderful vacation!

I will try to make this short. This house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. From sheets, towels to even beach chairs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great week at LBI

The property was just as it was listed. It was clean and comfortable. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but nothing is like your own beds at home! It was nice having towels provided.

Wonderful experience

What appealed to us with this place was that it had EVERYTHING included. From linens, towels, pots, pans, board games to even shopping bags. Charles is a wonderful host, communication was very easy. Really tried to accomodate us with all our needs. Everybody enjoyed the stay and i would not hesitate to recommend Charles as a host and his place to stay.

Perfect for us

We needed a larger beach house this year and this one was perfect for us. We loved having towels and sheets supplied. Beach badges and beach chairs were included So helpful. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Hoping to rent again next year!

Wonderful home and excellent vacation!

This was our second year renting this vacation home and we are already planning for next year. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with (though we did not have to cause everything was perfect). This house has linens which is not common and makes for lighter packing and a kitchen that makes you feel right at home. Excellent location and nice quiet area. I highly recommend!

Love this home!

We had a wonderful week long stay in this very comfortable, fully stocked and perfectly decorated home. It truly was like visiting a friend. The bed was very comfortable, eating outside was lovey, and the home had everything you would possibly want while being away on vacation. The bay Sunset was beautiful and the ocean is a short walk across the street. It's in a nice quiet location on LBI and also centrally located for restaurants and any activity you want to do , which we also appreciated. Very nice on-site parking also. I would highly recommend. We are looking forward to spending a week next summer at this home.

Delivered a great vacation. Loved the stand alone home

Great house on the bay side of the island. Great central island location. Near our favorite Skipper Dipper for ice cream and Acme grocery store. Saw amazing sunsets. I needed to talk to the owner and they responded immediately. Loved that it did not over stuff the bedrooms with bunk beds to optimize how many people it could sleep since they don't work with adults. Provided sheets and basic towels so we didn't need to take up car room for those things. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. Living room furniture was comfortable. Only down side was crossing the main road to get to the beach but the rental price reflected its location. I would rent again

LBI likes to flood

The problem vacationing on LBI is the occasional overflow from the bay at high tide onto many street corners. The water one night came up to the front porch, past the first step. Luckily, it did not rain, or the situation would have been a lot worse. The house was well equipped, but the outdoor shower was not able to be used, and the BBQ grill had issues. But, all in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

Fun at the beach

A few comments. The sheets for the upstairs queen bed were a shambles. Nothing matched and it took a while to find some. Nothing matched. Great bags of dirty sheets etc were in the shed when we arrived so perhaps better sheets were there. Additional railing on stairs at the top would have been helpful particularly for kids going up and down. The gas tank for the grill ran out of gas on the last night. We left a note for cleaners .

Cute house

Cute house, good location. Central air wasn't working and the window units where filthy and did not provide enough cool air. When we arrived they were all flashing that the filters needed to be cleaned. We did it, but it didnt improve the output. The second floor reached 89 most days. Refrigerator repairman showed up the day of my daughters wedding during family breakfast, not an ideal time, and still didnt resolve the ice maker issue (it was broken). The house provided all we needed for our stay, beach badges, chairs, linens & towels, so that is why a rating of 3 was given.

Another Great LBI Vacation

We had a great stay ! The location was perfect for all ages . The house had everything we needed to have our relaxing at home stay .. Short walk to the bay the beach , Acme and of course the kids loved walking for ice cream at night! Communication with the owners was top notch ( felt like talking with friends).

LBI...ahhhh

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely home. It was wonderful to have a whole house to ourselves. A short walk to the beach and shorter walk to the bay to enjoy the sunset. Everything we needed was right there. No other place has supplied linens or anywhere near as much as this property. Beach chairs and everything needed for the beach included. The property owners were super accommodating answering our questions quickly and efficiently. 7 adults had one great week!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Wonderful Beach House with all the possible amenities you need for a perfect stay. The house is well stocked with everything you need in Kitchen as well as Towels, beach chairs, Beach Carts, BBQ. Was great location near beach and bay! Definitely would recommend this perfect beach house for wonderful beach holiday! Owners were super nice and friendly! Thank you again for a wonderful holiday!
