This home is newly renovated with lots of bright, natural lighting, high ceilings and high-end furnishings! Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, stylish apartment equipped with an indoor fireplace and A/C.

Located next to broadway, this pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood offers a variety of:

The space
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and there's even a deck & backyard for your use on those beautiful summer evenings to enjoy a BBQ.

Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.

Guest access
You have access to the entire main floor of the property, the laundry room downstairs and also the backyard with a BBQ and seating space on the deck!

Other things to note
There is a secondary suite below so you may hear some noise travelling through the vents at times.

The laundry machine downstairs is shared between the upstairs & downstairs units.

This is a legal suite registered as a Short term rental with the city of Saskatoon.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
**Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. If we receive a noise complaint outside of these hours, it will result in a $250 fine.
**No parties or events. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
**Lost key/fob: $250
**Late check-out past 10 am without our consent: $100 per hour
**Excessive guests than reservation: $50 per guest
**Excessive cleaning above average: $50/assessed per situation.
**Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation.

Great place although it says entire place there is two units one upstairs and one downstairs with shared parking in front… also there is no laundry….. and the bbq area is shared with lower unit …..also there is a camera pointed to the sitting area in the back ….other than that place was very clean with lots of towels and blankets and very good communication and instructions

Just to clarify for future guests, the driveway is shared, but each suite has its own designated parking spot. There are also shared laundry facilities available on the property. The backyard and BBQ area, however, are exclusively for the upper suite and are not shared with the lower unit. These details are included in our listing, guidebook, and check-in instructions, but we’ll still take another look to see if there are ways we can make them even more noticeable and clear before guests arrive. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay! 😊

Clean and comfortable close to downtown! Paid a little more than normal for a 2 bedroom but there was an event in town so probably fair. Host was actively communicating and all went well. Thank you!

We were very happy to stay at this location. Our visit was unfortunately for a family funeral but the safe space was so cozy and comfortable it gave us a wonderful place to return to. Such a great location for us as we were in this great neighborhood where we grew up. Would come again on a happier occasion any time. Thanks to this host for their attention and an awesome space.

Our family of four (with two adult kids) loved everything about this property! Communication with the host was excellent- she was so quick to respond and was available to help in any way. Check in was seamless. The house is in a lovely, convenient area and was so quiet at night. While there is a suite in the basement, we never heard the other guests and felt we had the home to ourselves. The house was very clean, including all towels and linens. The house is stocked with everything you need and appointed with thoughtful conveniences that are most often overlooked at other rentals- like hooks on the backs of doors for towels, multiple electrical outlets around nightstands for chargers, etc. All of that was provided at this property which was so appreciated. The living room is a great size and has lots of comfy seating. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would consider staying there again next time I'm in Saskatoon.

Cozy Home

I was in town for surgery and it was a very comfortable place to rest and recover. The beds are very comfortable with cozy blankets provided. The host was extremely responsive, and overall our stay was pleasant.

This property was perfect for our stay in Saskatoon. It was comfortable, quiet and I love how they thought of extra details - especially the hair dryer with a diffuser. Perfect for those of us with curly hair. Highly recommend this location.

The property was good… very clean and well maintained. The parking spots on the driveway for suite A is not very good especially if you drive anything bigger than a car. Communication from property managers was nice, but, sometimes felt like it bordered on overkill as it was almost daily during our stay. For example, we had parked over too far one time and we received a message almost immediately, even though we had just briefly stopped & were there less than 30 minutes. Just felt a bit much almost like we were being watched. That was the only downfall and the only reason we didn’t give 5 stars across the board. Overall a positive and pleasant experience.

Home away from Home

I was visiting my elderly parents in Saskatoon and decided to book on VRBO. Very comfortable. All good upgrades to the home in a nice neighbourhood. Close to shops and restaurants on Broadway.

Haltain location

Have stayed here previously. The location is great and all the rooms were a good size. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses etc. especially for us who prepare and eat our meals there. Lots of bathroom towels but could use more kitchen towels. Only criticism would be the toaster needed cleaning. Would stay here again if available.

We travelled to Saskatoon for my mother's funeral and to clean out her suite. Usually we stay in one of the hotels with a kitchenette but this was much better. It was very quiet and we appreciated the extra space. The price was reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Saskatoon.
