If you’re looking for slopes to ski and snowboard, the Cabin is approximately 75 minutes from Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, and 90 minutes from Winter Park! The Cabin is 8 minutes north of the town of Bailey where you will find the post office, small restaurants, the hardware store, a brewery, a winery, and much more! This is the ultimate mountain escape you’re looking for with the convenience of town, large and small, nearby!

>>GETTING HERE: 4WD or AWD is necessary for a safe trip to the Cabin from October through April, with chains required in the vehicle by law from November through May! Please keep an eye on the weather around the time of your trip! The Cabin is located right off Highway 285 and off a well maintained road, so no need to worry about steep gravel or dirt roads!

>>AIRPORT: The nearest airport is Denver International Airport, approximately 1 hour 5 minutes from the Cabin. Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the Cabin. The nearest suburbs of Denver are 25 minutes northeast on Highway 285. If you’re renting a car, from the months of November through April, you must have a vehicle with 4x4 or all-wheel drive to ensure a safe drive!

>>PHONE SERVICE: AT&T is the best network provider for cellphone coverage in these mountains. FaceTime capabilities are good without being connected to WiFi in case of an emergency or power outage.

>>TRESPASSING: Please ensure you are staying on the property at all times during your stay. Please do not wander to the adjacent property for any reason.

>>NEIGHBORHOOD: Our Cabin is located within a coveted neighborhood. Please be mindful of parking rules (no street parking), neighbors (no trespassing), quiet hours from 9PM - 8AM, and eliminating light pollution from 9PM - 8AM.

>>SMOKING: Smoking indoors of any kind is strictly prohibited while smoking outdoors is not encouraged. The Cabin is located in dry terrain highly susceptible to wildfires.
