Check in was promptly at 4pm and kitchen had the essentials (Keurig Duo coffee brewer and k-cup single maker), microwave, stove and oven, plus a charcoal grill in the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms-3 full size beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. There are ceiling fans is only 2 of the bedrooms. Every bedroom has a TV, plus one in the living room. There are 2 box fans available in the house to help move air around. Central A/C keeps house nice and cool. There is a washer and dryer which is nice. Decor is a bit dated but the location is fabulous-quiet neighborhood, front porch and backyard to hang out and close to everything-beach, shopping, restaurants, Sunset Beach, Cape May Lighthouse, Cape May Lewes Ferry, wineries, Cape May brewery, to name a few. We rode our bikes everywhere and hardly used our car. Overall, the house is clean and comfy. And the owner is friendly and very responsive which is an absolute plus!

Fantastic Stay in West Cape May!!

Kymberli was one of the most fantastic hostess’s we’ve ever had! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Check-in a seamless and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. There was a tiny plumbing issue we discovered but Kymberli had the plumber there to resolve our issue same day!! The house was in a perfect location! It sits in a quiet, residential, neighborhood on a huge corner lot and is close to everything!! There is a lovely front porch to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the bicycles and dog walkers go by. There is also a lovely backyard that we found was the perfect place to sit in the early evening to enjoy the sun and an evening cocktail! The house is older but has lots of charm and was perfect for our family with two young kids. It was the perfect hub for our wonderful Cape May vacation!! Hoping to book this fantastic home with Kymberli again in the future!

Great owner

The house was great, the laid out is really nice with two parts perfect for family. We hit a few snags out of sheer bad luck (washer and plumbing mishaps) and the owner was great, accomodating, quick to answer and find solutions. It's a little farther from the beach then what we usually rent in Cape May, but we loved the tranquility of the nieghbourhood and it was still walkable distance. Overall a great stay! Thanks for everything Kimberly :)

Great as always

We have stayed at this rental every year for the last 3, host is very accommodating. Great location if you want a quiet street away from the busy mall area but close enough to walk to town.

So Grateful for this Vacation Home!

Our family recently attended a wedding at Willow Creek Winery. This was the perfect home and the perfect location for our stay in Cape May! No frills, not fancy, but just right for us! If I could, I would give the host, Kymberli, a 20 star review. She is excellent. We are repeat guests and find the home very comfortable for our family. That we can bring our dog is such a plus!! Thank you, Kymberli, for sharing your home with us. It is a place for so many happy family memories. We hope to return for years to come! ❤

Wonderful experience all around!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. We even needed a locksmith for a door locked by one of our little ones and the owner helped us no problem. Spacious and kid friendly. My one year old learned to walk in this house quickly because of the ranch style with no stairs. The location was absolutely perfect for walking to the sunset at the beach off of Broadway almost nightly. Hopefully will be making this an annual trip. Thank you for the memories!

Cute Ranch in West Cape May

Rented this ranch with 4 bedrooms back in February and traveled to this month. The house is cute, fits all family members comfortably with a big kitchen table. Loved the location which wasn't far from major West Cape May attractions, including the Washington Street mall and beaches. Lots of great walking trails. The owner was super easy to work with and we could bring our dog. The house does get a bit damp and Kitchen is a bit small but had enough of the essentials. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Surprise!

great location out of the noise however really close to everything with in walking distance. We also enjoyed having two separate sides of the house for sleeping arrangements. Really worked out well.

Cozy and Comfortable!!!

The home was perfect for our family and pets! The layout was great for spending time together yet having privacy. Our two pups loved the yard and looking out the front door. Perfect for our family

Our stay at this home away from home was very pleasant. The house is well-lived in, but that is perfect for families with children as there is nothing fancy they can break or white that they can stain. It was hot during our stay but the air conditioning was great, as were the ceiling fans. Many evenings and mornings were spent on the front porch watching the bikes and walkers. Lovely residential neighborhood with a few things within walking distance. Most things are a bike or drive with kids, but even then it would be only 5 minutes away. Had some trouble with the cleaning when we first arrived but the cleaners did a great job and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we would stay again. We made wonderful memories that week. Definitely recommend!

Great space and location

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, great amount of space and rooms to store things, loved how the house was setup and we were close to everything we love down in Cape May. Kymberli was amazing as well and ensured we had a great time by answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing week at Cape May!

A nice walk to Cape May Beach and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Home was furnished and perfect for the week with our adult kids/spouses and dog. Appreciate the kindness and communication with property owners. It was a fantastic week to celebrate our retirement with our family!

Comforts of home

Are you looking for a change of pace from your normal routine? Then you have found what you are looking for! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly; yet you are only blocks away from great places to eat and shop. You can literally walk there!

Your children have lots of room to run and play...games like hide and seek, red light green light, mother may I, dodge ball...crocket, you name it, there is room to do it!

The way the house is set up, it is great for families to vacation together. There are two rooms and a bathroom on either side of the house. The kitchen, dining room and living room are in the center. When you want to be together there is great space for that, yet you can have your own space too.
