Pet Friendly condo in charming Carolina Beach just steps to the sand!

Relax in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out sofa bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking views of the ocean on the spacious front porch with spectacular views of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a beautiful Community Pool right on the marsh (pool is open May 1-October). The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, with its full-service bar and grill as well as several public beach accesses. Dogs are welcome!

Stay Requirements: Four-night min rental in Summer. Minimum two-night stay other seasons.

Note: there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all your necessities, also including crockpot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and ninja creami.

All your beach needs are included: sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

2 adult bikes are included, located in our personal on site storage room.

I almost want to downplay how wonderful this place is, bc if everyone knew how cute and cozy it was, there would never be any vacancies, lol. The location is perfect - marsh out the back, beach to the front and a pool just steps away. Host was super easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze, literally could not ask for a better place or experience! Id give ten stars if I could.

From Sunrise to Sunset, this place delivers views and relaxation in spades! We loved our trip to this little slice of heaven. You could not beat the price and location. The hosts are super responsive and always willing to help within reason. We will definitely be back!

Great time in Carolina Beach and Melissa's place was in a perfect location for the beach, food and entertainment. Pet friendly, bikes, pool all added to the amazing experience. Views from both the front and back decks were amazing. Melissa was great to communicate with for our entire trip. 5 star experience!!

Clean, well-stocked with every utensil and pots and pans in the kitchen, toiletries and cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, and bed and couch and the outdoor sofa on the deck were comfy. Owner was responsive. Only a block from beach so great place to bring your dog to walk! Great place for our one-month stay!!

I booked this lovely condo for a full week trip at Carolina beach and it was amazing. The location was walking distance to the beach and the Carolina beach pier. The host was really good at staying in communication with me as well. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Carolina beach.

A Gem of a rental

One of the best condos I have rented in pleasure island. It was just 2 of us for a girls weekend and it had everything we needed and more. Melissa is a great communicator and really took time to put extra touches such as coffee flavorings, plenty of towels, clean and inviting decor. Would stay again!

Really nice apartment, clean and comfortable! Our host was very responsive and patient as we had a problem using the key pad but other than that no issues. The front patio was lovely to sit out on with the beach in front of you. Walk across the street and your on the beach! Pretty marshes in the rear outside your bedroom windows. Plenty of hot water for showering. Beach chairs and umbrellas were good but if you like to sit upright, bring your own. It is pet friendly but we didn't bring our pups this trip. It's like 3 short flights of stairs. Publix is like 2 miles away ABC store too, boardwalk is a 2 minute drive down the road. Plenty of food and shopping options. We had a really nice trip!

Such a sweet little stay. We have small kiddos, so this was a perfect place for us. They loved sleeping on a hide away couch, the little porch had beach toys that they played with on the porch and on the beach and our 5 year old was sad to have to leave. We told him we can always come back and we definitely will! Side note from the adults, the little back porch connected to our bedroom was great at night once the littles were asleep. A small glass of wine and perfect spot for watching stars made for some wonderful down time.
