Place was at a great location. Beach was nearby, restaurant was a few steps away and several shops and things to do were just a short drive away. Beautiful place. We were hoping to be able to fish from the pier but didnt know it was broken. Dont know how long its been like that but that was the only downside to the stay. Everything was great.

The location is amazing. Right next to the beach and it has a great pool. The unit is perfect for 2 people and has a full kitchen. The listing needs updates as it listed that it has basic cooking supplies and it didn’t. There were a few issues we had during our stay but Billy was quick to respond and help us enjoy our vacation.

Overall up on arrival the property was not clean on the inside could fill sand on the floor and dirty dishes in the dishwasher that was not done and my wife killed 2 roaches during the stay.. Second there is a flooding problem on that street that we was unaware of due to when it's high tide which I think they should at least inform people of because it's a known problem.

The condo had good beach access and was very close to the community pool, but it needs some updating. The kitchen was not very well stocked, door sliders didn’t lock and front slider hardware was broken, and towels are pretty worn. The bed would definitely benefit from a new mattress also. We also had some confusion at check in about using the lock box vs door key. However, the host was quick to respond and helped us get in using the door code. Overall, though, we had a nice long weekend at the beach and enjoyed our stay.

great location, nice space, poor security

Our stay was good, however, I would only stay again if you add a lock to the sliding doors at front and back. It would be easy to climb up onto either balcony and open the doors. apart from that it was a great location and place

This place is fantastic!! Great spot especially if you dont want to drive everyday to the beach. Me and my fiancée walked to the beach everyday it was absolutely fantastic. Definitely coming back this summer!!

Nice location

The condo was not as clean as expected the condo needs some updates the owner should get some sheets that don’t have stains on them. Some new towels would help. The little things make a huge difference. The sliding glass doors have no locks on them. The location was awesome.

Great location

It was a wonderful location and overall a good pkace. It could however use some updating along with some basic creature comforts. Needs cutting boards, more silverware. Sliding doors were nearly impossible for my fiance to open and they wouldn't lock. Venetian blinds are in need of replacement, pivket loose on deck. A bit of paint along base and shoe mold would do wonders. Looks like some renovations have been underway, and just upfeading the 2 sliding glass doors, and paint this would be a perfect spot.

Good location

I will give 3 stars. The location is great, easy to locate. Convenient. Walking distance from beach. Less than 2 miles walk to boardwalk. However it lacks cleanliness. Couple of blinds in bedroom were broken. The sliding doors may require little maintenance. Sofa cushions in living room looks rusty. Bath towels had smoking smell. Other than clean linens/towels, no complains.

Great location!

This is such a cute little condo. Super close to the beach (a very short walk) and perfect for relaxing weekend. Billy was very communicative and friendly. He responded to any questions we had immediately. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Yearly Family Vacation

My oldest son's birthday is the 5th of June and mine is the 8th so this is our family's vacation week. We had a great time! Condo had everything we needed...dishes, towels, extra bed clothes, and cleaning supplies... Walk across the street you're at the beach, nice pool on site! The area was quiet and peaceful! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that I wasn't given the code to the pool, I had to get it from someone staying in one of the other condos...

Awesome getaway!

Adorable spot for the other half, and I to get away for a few days! Simple, cute set up. Simplistic design, and loved the table and chairs on the balcony. Cutting the string lights on a night, set the tone! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing Family Easter!

My daughter's and I had the best Easter week ever here. Host was so sweet. Had a full kitchen with everything we needed to make our Easter dinner. Views of the beach and intercoastal. Pool, 2 patios, washer/dryer, pier and bar a block away. Close to shopping and restaurants. You can even drive on the beach and fish right there. Definitely be back!
