Stunning Ocean View 3-Bedroom + Den Home in Ventura Beach

This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. With breathtaking ocean views from almost every room, this beach house offers a perfect escape. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.

Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524

Amazing stay with two families of 3, easy access to home, great views, lots of towels, games, kitchen supplies. Noise from highway and train became white noise after a while. Parking on street has some limitations, can be tricky but not impossible just a little more of a walk sometimes to open spot. The ocean view from the common areas was breathtaking and then you get to go outside and experience it with the ocean breeze. Very nice outdoor furniture with ample seating on the wraparound deck. The house is very nice. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. The location is great. It’s close to just about everything. The view of the ocean and park from the patio is so pretty. Our only complaint was the noise from the freeway. We had to leave our windows open at night because there is no air conditioning and it was really loud. We had a five month old and three year old with us but it didn’t seem to bother them a bit! The host was so easy to deal with. She responded to all messages quickly and was very accommodating of all my requests and questions. Overall we had a great experience!
